Few people mentioning how relaxing this could be for us, and not just cats. Liking it a lot. Makes me feel more grounded.
I just put it on my TV to try to sleep. I'll watch with no sound as the sound will keep me from falling asleep. The only sound that I can sleep with is my fan. It's so hard because inevitably there is always sounds all around us. But it's my anxiety that makes me jump with every little sound I hear when I'm trying to fall asleep or if I'm sleeping it'll wake me up. Needless to say I'm also a very light sleeper. I tried prescription Trazodone for sleep and I don't like it. It makes me over sleep and gives me a headache. I tried melatonin which works for a while but still never get a full night sleep. It's all due to the dang anxiety. I do take a low dose of a prescribed medication for that Clonazapam which has helped with it but not with sleep. I get this really bad insomnia on an off every couple of months. Like I could be sleeping okay for a few months and other months I just can't sleep enough and I'm always so tired it's horrible. Well I'm in that state of can't fall asleep. And if I do it's not for long till I'm awake again. Then I sleep a little and suddenly it's 6 or 7 am and I haven't slept for more than 5 hours. It's exhausting. Anyway im so sorry for going on. I just need to get it out of my system how frustrating insomnia is for me at least and I'm sure for many others. Been on sleep medication for years after a traumatic brain injury and this music is healing my brain.
The doc has cut my dose in half twice and I will no longer need medication, and I am sleeping.

My TV isn't set up, so when my cats get up on my lap (when I'm on the computer), I launch TH-cam and pull up my cat TV videos. They LOVE them. MOST of the ones in my Saved list are from you, which is why I subscribed quite a while ago. Thanks - I love the mostly natural settings and unstaged appearances you present. You still get a variety of birds, squirrels, chipmunks etc, so I enjoy it along with my cats.
