My Grandfather's city of his birth in 1901-1970 Raymond Cecil Henderson (R.I.P) came to the U.S.A in 1929 to help support his family living in poverty and dying from starvation to go to work on the Boulder/Hoover dam. I am a 2nd Generation Californian/ American living in the PNW heading North next year to get closer to my roots. His family all immigrated from Nova Scotia, I have genealogy dating them to the 1500's in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Love this. I think it might be out by a couple of years. I'm seeing a few 1960's era Pontiacs and Oldmosbiles.
There was a '60 Cadillac near the beginning as well. Cool footage regardless.
@@veronicagee4335 Very cool for sure.
1:18 that is a 1960 Pontiac beside the beetle

It's pretty remarkable footage.😊
Being born in 1990 I find this pretty fascinating.
This is circa 1960 or later as I saw several 1960 model cars.
Haha wow no paint lines on the road Eben back then. Another thing that winnipeg has never changed lol
