SUCH a good song...but then again the best PSB songs are tracks that were not the "main" tracks. One of my all time favs is "The Survivors." What a song. No remix on that, no extended version, either.
What a fantastic music!!!! I am from Moscow and listened to this track in 90-th! What a time and sweet memories!!! PSB is something fenomenal! How can people be so delicate, appreciate music keenly!!!! Unbelievable!

А какой голос, а как преподнесено. Пет шопики, думаю, очень правильно сделали ставку на чернокожего певца и их как бы отстраненность. Причем, их молчание - говорит больше, чем если бы они пели. Поражаюсь мастерству Пет Шопов - к таким фишкам и театральным постановкам. Сами выглядели очень стильно. И правильно говорится - молчание золото. В данном клипе - им, они сказали и выразили больше, чем если бы сами пели!! Браво! Блестяще!!! Фантастично!!!

Usually I'm not a fan of any other singers performing any PSB songs with Neil's fabulous lyrics. But in this case it's a great performance! I like the idea of PSB as the main artists and composers of this legendary song acting in the background on stage when suddenly appearing in the middle of the song. And I feel that the voice of this singer really fits to the music - it gives the song a unique and very interesting style and mood.

This song is a beautiful piece of political, harmonic and melancholic sense, simply brilliant are the Pet Shop Boys only they have this elegant techno pop style
BUT these singers are sublime...& I love that the PSB's showed their musical & songwriting prowess by letting those with finer instruments truly express how good this can sound. The notes must be so difficult for any singers to hit & hold. This singer is Derek Greene also known as Dr Mouthquake & I can not find ANYTHING on him on itunes or anywhere. Yes I LOVE PSB but this Derek is a revelation too. If anyone knows where to find music by Dr Mouthquake please direct me. Thanks in advance Australian here.
