How have you practiced and developed your short game over the years? I have my first set of G/S/L wedges coming in next week (so far I’ve only played with a 48* PW). I’m excited for the potential to develop my short game but I don’t really know where to start.
Like you I only had a PW and a SW, the SW was from another set too so I invested in a 52 and 58 and that made a big difference for shots around the green. After that I had a short game lesson and my coach taught my the fundamentals of pitching and chipping. Body positions, actions etc as before it was all guess work. Now I understand what I need to do for each shot and if I don't achieve it it's purely down to poor execution. And with more practice comes confidence, hitting chip and runs I'm normally take putter with and shaven a few shots of my card per round as a result.
Great vid overall but shot tracer is a bit if with distance the first shot on the first tee didn’t go that far cause I hit my 6 iron there and is like 170

I played today up in Doncaster and the weather was exactly this, great to see you still recording in it though!
Not great with no waterproofs. It’s so hit and miss but generally miserable - have to solider on.
