The little girl that traded place with Echidna first was Typhon the witch of pride. She wanted to see if Subaru is a good person. Followed by Minerva the witch of wrath, who wanted to heal Subaru. Minerva will heal anyone, even if they objectively don't deserve it. Lastly, Daphne the witch of gluttony, who would eat anything. This is a massive simplification, you'll learn more about each witch as the story progresses, including Echidna. When you think of them, it's wise to think outside of the box when it comes to their sins and remember how Echidna explained each of them.

chaotic neutral. theyre really arent necessarily evil but the way they act out their sins is just beyond human standards that any normal person will see them as evil. you can see it on how daphne rationalizes gluttony and how typhon judges subaru.

I know that there are some stuff from the anime that are a little bit unexplained or not clear enough because its trying to adapt a lot of stuff but I do feel the need to defend it when I say that it wasn't very unclear that it was Satela who show up in the end, that why Subaru kept on remembering all the times it reaches his heart, it doesn't even look like Echida.
A rewatch of Echidna’s introduction of the witches might make their powers more clear. Typhon’s power allows her to judge people of their sins which shows how much pride she has to believe she can judge others. Minerva’s power is to heal because of her wrath toward physical injuries and pain. Daphne’s power is more straight forward but it still has the twist of it not simply being eating, but also creating beasts to eat and be eaten which follows her philosophy of respecting gluttony in all aspects.
