Yep! She's since embraced the "poke-ee-main" pronunciation and refers to herself that way now, but that's mostly for branding purposes and giving up on an impossible battle. No one can be faulted for using the original, intended, and technically correct pronunciation "poke-ee-mon".
This made me feel better. I got a PS5 on launch day. I messed with it for maybe the first week & it has been a decoration ever since 🤷🏻♂️ there's nothing out yet, that makes me want to jump out of bed in the morning, or stay up till 4am playing & if it's not that good, I'm bored

What you should get if you don't want the wobble you can get a sturdier desk and bolted mounts. For the lights and camera you can get backdrop stands and clamp the lights and camera to that. Gives both form and function.

If you think about it, cable management is both appealing and functional. If your cables are organized then when you need to take something out or replace it, (wired mouse/keyboard, laptop, etc), then it becomes a whole lot easier to do so if your cables aren’t in a wad

She's not lying about monitor mounts. I hate it, they're never even and they shake when you game. If the wind blows too hard they become unaligned.
They shake when you game? Lol how? Do you have ghosts in your room? If you don't need to adjust your screens multiple times in the day, all you need to do is to tighten the bolts and if you happen to see your monitors moving BECAUSE THE WIND BLOWED TOO HARD you're either using monitors made of card boards or bought very cheap monitor arms. It just doesn't make sense.
Wall Mounts are the best. Desk mounts are good if you have a decent desk LulW
you can tighten the joints to hold it in place

@@Shaithydollarz maybe I just got a bad one but the joint are pretty tight. I play most my games on mouse and keyboard so any shaking on my desk shakes the screen and when it gets misaligned it annoying to get it back to match my other monitor. But if poke is having the same issue it can't just be in my head lol.

If stuff wabbles when mounted to your desk you may need to upgrade the desk and/or the components you use to mount the equipment.

All I can say is that I recommend watching some of his videos called setup wars, they show new ideas and things you might want for your setup or to do to it.

Untrue! There are plenty of ways to manage a standing desk. You see, if you double sided tape a power bar with a long enough cable, and also double sided tape a usb hub,and plug everything into it, peripherals and power cables, etc. and you then if you choose to put the pc on the floor, you can put it near where you plug in the desk. My main point is. Don’t say false/untrue statements

If you mount your monitors and they wobble, it's either the mounts are cheap or the table is cheap. Using a high quality mount just saves so much desk space and provides functionality at the same time

and when ed actually makeover her setup, the next time they moved she would have now a basis on what to do on her setup. Which is actually easy since she can just follow her previous setup.

i dont understand why she "has to improve" her setup? it's working for her whatever the setup is, so clearly no improvment is needed. unless by improvement is meant to wealth flex and get whatever the regular person can't get and detach from the watchers.
personally i like her setup, i think while its not affordable for many, at least she sets an example that anyone with just about enough can stream.
its as simple as clean and nice surrounding=happy mood=happy person ....and if theres room for improvement and the resources to do so why tf not just do it ?

Honest to god, HARD disagree with this man. I think a very successful streamer having a very simple and basic setup is very inspiring and it's one of the things i've loved and respected about Poki. As someone who plans to be a streamer and would technically be rock bottom. I'd find it worrying about the setup I would need to have.
But Poki still being successful after all these years with her setup being simple and basic is very inspiring because it shows that you don't NEED all that stuff. You don't NEED the aesthetics, you don't NEED the RGB strip lights, you don't NEED all that extra stuff. You just need your PC, your monitors, mouse and keyboard and that's it.

Life is so easy if you have a clean setup, changing a keyboard, lan cable or even a desk usb adapter changes so much
The mounting being wobbly is probably the desk being wobbly, or the mounts needing to be tightened at the joints. My 49" G9 is mounted on an arm and it doesn't wiggle unless I violently shake my desk.
I would be that person that after this can't unsee it and would do my whole setup again so i would not go insane.

the huanuo dual monitor mount is really good - my monitors don't move unless i do it myself
Function over looks, it might not be pretty but it works perfect for you and gets the work done
For monitor arms, you might have just gotten bad ones. I got cheap 40$ monitor mounts and it works pretty well actually. It does move a bit but that's cuz I have a janky ass desk (panels instead of legs and ones loose, so it wobbles)

I feel like the wobble is the desk because that's what usually wobbles everything but if it is the mounting system itself then buy it from other companies or get a replacement
