If you use Venu 1, it's better to switch to a newer sensor model. Otherwise no wearable is to follow readings 1 to 1 off, in case of Garmin just use the sleep stress part, HRV and HR. Those are basically always correct because of almost no noise by movement, food, ect.. and those are all you need anyways. Stress during the day is only useful to see if you're super stressed 70+ level or if the on spot measurement comes down when when you seat for 10mins.
