No NFL team and no MLB team cities would probably be the safest route for the UFL to add teams
It does leave the sports market open, I like the idea
@@NostalgicSports48Yes but the only city I can think of is Oakland and that’s more near the west Coast
I'd have to disagree here. The second most successful team, behind St Louis, is DC, and they have two NFL teams and two MLB teams within driving distance.
Portland, Oregon would be a good expansion city. Providence Park would make the perfect venue.
Great video, I agree with the Tulsa viewpoint!
Thank you for the support! hopefully they get a team in Tulsa!
They need to find a city to replicate St.Louis success. their attendance is by far the best. Some of the other cities have bad attendance numbers.
That’s definitely what they will be looking to do, St. Louis losing the rams have definitely helped the battlehawks support. It’s possible the UFL could try going to San Diego or Oakland where they both lost their NFL teams to try to get the same results. There’s a lot of variables
Omaha
Des Moine
Louisville
Hartford
Boston
San Antonio can hit Stl numbers if we had better marketing and no more name changes. We avg 20k+ during the AAF but then it folded and we felt burned.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Columbus or Canton Ohio. They have to wait and add 4 teams in the west after things settle in a year or two. Travel is a big issue.
Tulsa Twisters is such a good name...I'm very much looking forward to this league being the feeder system for the NFL...The Rock signed some sort of agreement with the CFL and I think it's only a matter of time before they take things overseas...Ala Europa/World League
Also: Oakland and San Diego might be good cities for expansion
Tulsa twisters would be awesome! I agree with Oakland and San Diego as well!
I think give it a couple seasons of success and then they will start by adding 2-4 teams. Till they get 16 teams
I think if they stay making money and make it to 16 which would be awesome I could see them having even more teams. All dependent on the money it makes
Yeah I think when they are finically able to expanding it 2 teams at a time would work best, add 1 USFL and add one XFL team. And working your way up from there depending on finances
@@DifferentTravelsagreed. It’s all about the finances on if they are able to do it or not. Would just take time and money going to new spots, and they would have to develop fanbases in each place that cares enough to show up and watch
True success will be selling franchises and they made a deal with the government which allowed them to contract. If they sell a team this fall, adding 2 is 99.9% happening
@@justinczech1489you are definitely correct. Selling franchises is the next big step
After reviewing all the cities from all 3 vids, there's definitely some good arguments for some, and others I'm still unsure about.
I agree that teams should be revived first before expanding out, so bringing back Seattle, NOLA, Philly and New Jersey would be the way to go there. After that, the max the league could go is about 20 teams for a 14-game schedule (any further and there's going to be too much overlap with the NFL). So my Top 10 choices would be:
1-4. San Diego, San Jose, Phoenix, and Portland to round out a West Division with Seattle. LA is too much a fair-weather city, with very popular teams in other sports.
5. Denver to form the Central Division with St. Louis, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston.
6. Chicago for the North Division with Michigan, DC, Philly & New Jersey.
7-8. Atlanta & Orlando in the South Division with Memphis, Birmingham, and New Orleans.
9. Alternate #1: Milwaukee, WI
10. Alternate #2: Columbus, OH
LA and Seattle
Agreed! Both need teams!
Oklahoma Outlaws played in the USFL in 84. I could see them as either The Outlaws because I don't Las Vegas will get a franchise again, or The Gamblers since Houston had The Roughnecks.
Agreed!
Before expansion, they need to bring back some of the brands they removed: Orlando/Tampa/Philly/New Jersey would all be on my short list. Columbus/Canton over Pittsburgh imho. 2 at a time for the first two years to get to 12 then year three add a west division.
Agreed! Teams definitely need to be brought back, I like the ideas!
Bring back the Tampa Bay Bandits and move the Guardians back to New York and they can have a rivalry with the N.J. Generals. The NY team could play at Citi Field or the New NYCFC stadium next to it.
That would be awesome if that happened!
Bro I would put the Seattle sea dragons in Portland Oregon because Seattle has the Seahawks already
I see Tulsa getting a team being a reality
It shouldn’t be hard logistically, hopefully it happens!
My choices would be:
Seattle and New Orleans
Nashville and either Oklahoma city, Philadelphia Sacramento
4 in all

YES TULSA, ORIGINAL HOME OF THE OKLAHOMA OUTLAWS!
A Virginia team in between Lynchburg & Harrisonburg & be called the VIRGINIA MUSKETEERS
They would be awesome!
I would like the Armada
Disregard, that would be a good name for San Diego
I would like a Chicago Mad Dogs team to give a rival to the Battlehawks! And Albuquerque Sidewinders and bring back Seattle Sea Dragons and New Jersey Generals
I agree, that would be cool to see!
In SC I would suggest Myrtle Beach instead.
After a recent renovation/expansion, Brooks Stadium at Coastal Carolina University now has a capacity of 21,000 people. Which is a perfect size for this league. You have a pretty affluent retirement population many from NY and Ohio that are rabid football fans. Also you have a great spring golf tourism industry that would give those guys something else to do while there. And it’s still an easy drive up from Charleston.
I would like a UFL team in the state of West Virginia because we don't have a professional team I would like there to be one in Huntington,WV because I can go to the games and could us Marshall University football stadium 30,475 seat stadium perfect size because the state of West Virginia can support WVU and Marshall passionately but probably won't happen
I like the idea, it would be a good market for the UFL to go to
I’d like to see Pittsburgh brought back but I live here. Maybe Canton would be a good choice.
Lots of untapped potential in the YSA, Canada and Mexico.
I’d like to see that happen as well! Will be interesting to see if they ever branch out to Canada or Mexico
2:31 How about Charleston be called the Grays for a name?
Charlestons Grays sounds like a good name!
Portland,salt lake city,DENVER,OKLAHOMA,OMAHA,CHICAGO,LOUISVILLE,SOUTH CAROLINA,Florida,MISSISSIPPI,Atlanta,Phildalphia,pittsburgh,Boston,ohio,milwaukee,Minnesota,,Arizona,new mexico,El Paso,Austin,Idaho,south dakota,north dakota,Toronto,mexico
I like those choices!
London, Edinburgh, Wales & Dublin
Thanks for watching! Sub for more UFL and sports content!
If you can AFL next please ( and how it's doomed to fail)
I don’t know much about the AFL, I’ll look into it! Thanks for the suggestion
A video on which ones are the most likely to expand to/ which they would chose to expand to first
@@cinemalover4027thanks for the suggestion!
Little Rock Arkansas should get a team!
Sacramento also had a rugby team
Doesn't the taxes in California, and New York prevent the UFL from having a franchise there? Kinda sad since Both LA franchise, Oakland, and San Francisco were part of both leagues.
Why would California and New York taxes prevent teams from being there? There’s a jock tax in every state that has a state tax, whether they’re the home team or visiting team.
Maybe the areas for consideration are No-Go Zones, lol 😂 Commiefornia
Sacramento and SD sound great, but they won't do CA teams because of the tax implications.
ufl stay away california, New york i dont think they will put teams them
i have my volume all the way up and i can barely hear you
