Thanks for watching Madam Sue! We keep it cold down about 2 to three hours before cutting it!
@@ThydaCookingTV do you need an axe for cutting or does the shell soften up from cooking? I've never cooked a whole pumpkin.
Sue G. When we steam enough the pumpkin would be soft by itself then we keep it cold down or put in freezer about 1 hour then we use a small knife 🔪 to carefully cut it! I recommend to use a smaller pumpkin and use white sugar is fine!
