I think there's still an open issue. The damage bonus is dependent on your distance to the enemy. But which enemy? The closest enemy? Or the enemy being hit by your summon? If you attacked the training dummy with your skeletons from a distance of 8 yds, and second training dummy appears right next to you, what would your damage bonus be for your skeletons attacking the first training dummy?
Each hit is calculated separately. Distance between you and the target does matter. So if you are hitting two mobs at once and both are staying at different distances, then your damage will be different at this point. Summons' position doesn't count.

I dont think so. So first bonus was the direct effect of the gem to your summon but instead of using the distance of the summon to the enemy it uses your characters distance. Next effect is when the gem increases your characters damage it also affects your summons damage. Just like bottled hope damage bonus. It affects the summons and it affects your character when you use a skill that affects both like bone armor. And since summons damage is affected by your characters damage that is why it doubles.
I don't know what class you play. If you aren't using this gem I don't know what you are doing with your gaming life? 🤷 I call it the perfect hit and run gem.

There is a setting that turns on Primary Attack Aim, it also activates a max range indicator.

Very nice video. But on my necro my damage does not go up as I back up. I think it has to do with attack animation speed slowing things down

@@vk.videos ranger is a PvP tree, go to BG you will notice the difference... Stop testing everything on dummy because you can't test everything.

Anyone who can read already know reach is boosting ALL dmg you are dealing, Ranger is boosting YOUR dmg. All means all even summons.
