    Chicken Kali Mirch:
    Ingredients
    Chicken with bone 750gm
    Yogurt ¾ cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Salt as required
    Black pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
    Cardamom powder ½ tsp
    Ingredients for spices
    Cashew nuts 8-10
    Onion 1
    Ginger 1Piece
    Green chilies 2-3
    Oil 2-3tbsp
    Cardamom 3-4
    Cream 2tbsp
    Method
    Marinate chicken with yogurt , now to make masala heat oil in a pan add all ingredients and fry then grind it , now in the remaining oil add onion and fry , now add all spice, ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt and roast well . add half cup water and chicken cook till tender .lastly add cardamom powder , cream , black pepper and simmer it, garnish with cashew nut and serve .
    Masala stuffed baigan:
    Ingredients
    Brinjal 6-7
    Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
    Cumin 1tsp
    Tamarind pulp 1tbsp
    Ingredients for spice
    Garlic 4tbsp
    Chopped onion 1
    Tomatoes 250gm
    Curry leaves 10-12
    Green chilies 2tbsp
    Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
    Whole red chilies 5-6
    Cumin 1tsp
    Tamarind pulp 1tbsp
    Dried fenugreek 1tsp
    Oil ¾ cup
    Method
    Give cuts to brinjal add salt, tamarind, turmeric and cumin and fill it. To make masala heat oil fry garlic , now add onion, red pepper and green chilies add all other ingredients and brinjals, lastly add tamarind pulp and simmer for 5 min and serve .
    Roasted tomato chutney:
    Ingredients
    Tomatoes 3-4
    Onion 1
    Green chilies 1-2
    Oil 2tbsp
    Salt as required
    Cumin powder 1tsp
    Black salt ¼ tsp
    Red chili powder 1tsp
    Coriander 2-3tbsp
    Lemon juice 1tbsp
    Method
    Mix tomatoes with oil and heat it , now peel them and mash well. Now add all ingredients mix and serve .
