@@Johnybusa1 I still have my old Poulan Wood Shark that I used for years. Poulan is a good saw but no comparison to the farm boss. Thanks for watching.
My chai was dull as crap when I was cutting the tree down. Still don't know why I didn't stop and sharpen it sooner. Stihl equipment is hard to beat. I have two chainsaws and two string trimmers and no complaints. Thanks for watching.
Looking at either the MS271 or MS291 w/ 18” or 20” bar. I think either will get the job done for me. No trees 🌳 to fell over 24” and 90% are 14 to 18”. Casual home use.
Second video in a row with a dull chain. If nothing else I’ve learned to keep at least one extra sharp chain on hand. I’m really trying to see what saw to purchase
Extra chain is great idea. Thanks for watching. Saw purchase depends on what you are using the saw for and how much you plan on using it. The Farm Boss is a good saw but for small wood a smaller saw does real good. I have two small saws. The Farm Boss is the biggest I have so can't say much if you need a bigger saw than that.
@@virginia2762 Thank you for the feed back. I don’t really need a saw, but my buddy bought a farm and he needs to cut down a few trees that are maybe 12 inches wide
Took me a hot minute to figure out the chain was dull. It was fairly new chain just dull rackers were good 👍 The small hatchet was a joke with a friend who wanted me to take the tree down with a small hatchet.
I have the same saw and love it! after using an old Poulan Pro for years and going to this was night and day difference!

Dull saw. Why didn't you stop and sharpen it?
Yeah wow, that was sawdust bordering on pollen. Keep your chains sharp for easier cutting and safety
One with all the safety gear on and one with none great video yall did a good job
Man, my stress went up when I saw you using that saw with one hand. Stay safe brother.
Yep. Really stupid.
Hey Neighbor. I am located in Kingsport. Look forward to seeing more videos.
Make sure you keep your chain touched up, keep up the good work man
I love my Sthil chainsaw . Mines the ms 362 pro saw and I’m running 25” chisel chain and it cuts through the wood like butter !

All I can saw is wow. I think you should leave the next one for the professionals. I’m glad you didn’t get hurt though.
Using a ms 170 on that big of a tree to cut it up wow. And you are killing that saw with that dull chain
Thanks for watching. Dullest chain ever. Got a big black gum tree going to cut tomorrow but with a sharp chain. 👍

He'll yeah. I got me a 271 farm boss few weeks ago, runs great. If it ain't stihl it ain't real.
Awesome they are the NASCAR of chainsaws!
I’ve seen some dull chains this is got to be the Most I have an MS two 7120 inch bar would’ve went through that like butter full chisel

Little red wagon for all that wood!
Stihl babe. I got that Stihl brand tattoo on my back and arms 👍
I have two Stihl chainsaws so far and when I buy another chainsaw, it will be a Stihl. Thanks for watching.
Mine is a ECHO Timberwolf.
Big tree. How big at the base?
He forgot to put his helmet ⛑ back on😉
Why doesn't his wife sharpen the chain while he's dicking around with the hammer an wedge 😂
Buy a file! Sheesh. Stay safe
Thanks
Did you wake all the neighbors up?
We started later in the morning giving time for people to get up.
Drive me nuts watching someone cut with a dull chain
At the base 44"
Sharpen that chain brother! You're wasting time and making the situation more dangerous..
Chain dull ,rakers need file down, get a small sledge hammer.

Was ein... No clue from nothing. So viel Unwissen geballt auf einem Haufen. Der weiß ja gar nichts
This is horrible to watch
Yes it's very painful. Thank for watching.
