I have around 40 niche and designer fragrances and have worn hundreds of samples. But Ralph Lauren safari is my most complimented and nobody ever talks about it!! 👌
i owned ralph lauren safari for a little bit earlier this year when i just started getting into fragrances. unfortunately, i resold the bottle because the juice barely lasted on my skin. initial blast and scent were great, but after 2 hours, i could barely smell anything.
Great video bro! Greatly appreciate the shout out! Hope to help people save a little cash and still smell fresh! I really enjoy Prada Luna Rossa Carbon, I actually find myself reaching for it more than my Sauvage TBH. Great video again bro, much respect
Mr Burberry EDT was bought for me as a gift and I agree with you, it smells great and I find it different to the mainstream, I really like it. It gets a lot of stick for being linear and boring by some in the frag community, but in hindsight I think its supposed to be this way. I can just imagine the brief given to FK by Burberry, please create a no nonsense simple every day pleasant fragrance that your modern day, well dressed English Gentlemen would wear. I live in London so it suits the weather here like a T, a very much an underated fragrance with decent longevity (on my skin) at a super affordable price. PS. The Bow tie is the same fabric on Burberry's famous trench coats and the lid top resembles the button design.
Great concept for a video. For me the one I initially wrote off as a bit dated and 80’s dad-like was Bowling Green by Geoffrey Beene. I watched a Scentland review on it and the way Chris described it totally changed the way I thought about fragrances and I eventually fell in love with it and it’s become my signature scent. I can’t get enough of it. (The US version, not the EU version).
Dude JC, that handheld vlog-style clip about your buddy who sent you the Prada LRC is so good.... visual aesthetics and the audio. You should consider doing entire videos like that. So much more captivating.... give that z-axis some love! I mean, you’re THE man either way, but.... for Stay Fresh Productions, that was some fresh production.
I've done this with so many frags! One I wrote off was TF F'ing Fabulous, revisited it about a year later and thought 'WOW', its now a staple in my collection. Another one was Prada L'Homme, thought it was deadly dull and lifeless and then went back to it a couple weeks ago and had to get it, that 'luxury fabric softener' vibe is so appealing. Last but not least, Malle's The Night and POAL, first thoughts were 'Horse poop' and 'Old lady smell', went back to them a year 18 months later and was blown away by both and had to have them.
By the time I REALLY got into frag com there was an attitude of being sick of 1 Million and I had never smelled it. When I smelled it on a friend of mine I was really into it and asked him what it was and to my surprise it was the fragrance everyone loved to hate haha
When I first started out with fragrances, I went to the store and sniffed like a mad man. Out of all the basic designers, PLRC stood out to me because the metallic scent reminded me of electronics boxes. I liked it because it's so weird and pleasant. Never would have expected to end up with a bottle of it. I fall in and out of love with it, but it's always nice after I make a round with other fragrances when I come back and that smooth, metallic lavender drydown is waiting quietly for me to revisit.
Cool idea bro and enjoyed hearin the frags u chose to highlight and why u had disregarded them and revisited. As always appreciate u Justin. Take care. - Colin
"I don't salsa either." You sure? 😂 I've written off CHANEL's Coco for years b/c I didn't want to smell like my aunts. But now the EDT is part of my collection.
Haha I’m sure! What you saw is the extent of my abilities 😂 That’s a hallmark example with Coco, I can totally see why you’d avoid it. But funny that it found its way back to you. 😊
If you guys haven’t ... Get your hands on Dior Fahrenheit Parfum.. I think it’s even better than the original.. more Vanilla and at this point of the formulation, I think it’s a deeper, richer fragrance. If you like the original- It’s an easy blind buy..
Great video. The black ribbon on Mr.Burberry makes me think of a bow tie. I'm intrigued by it. I love Fahrenheit. My mother bought my grandfather a bottle for Father's Day in 1988(I was 18 years old then)She passed away in October of 2018. So Fahrenheit has sentimental memories attached for me.I love Safari. I believe that it was released in 1992.I had a bottle before. This bottle reminds me of a crystal bourbon decanter. It has a image of luxury for a refined gentleman, an Ernest Hemingway type of man. Great videos as always.I'm a classic fragrance person.
Fahrenheit used to smell great back when it was released in the early 90's. It's still good, but the reformulation using cheaper ingredients doesn't smell quite as good as in years past.
JC my man!!! I just got a bottle of Luna carbon and yeah same D.N.A. as the sauvage but no mistake it is soooo easy to wear and fresh without the spices! Really amazing!!!! Thanks for sharing J!!!
Try Dior homme sport a lot of people say it’s bad and that t doesn’t last anymore I blind bought it and I haven’t worn another bottle in 2 weeks it’s just so surprisingly good!!
Hey J.C. Nice vid. Bro. Felt the same about Coach Platinum cause I like the Original better, but grown to like as well. Also Cartier Declaration D'UN Soir. Will try the Mr. Burberry, Love Burberry Touch, and try the Prada Carbon. Thanks, Take Care.
Bit of a story… my friends pops had a bottle of RLS back in the 90s . I always remember thinking it smelt like a million dollars in its fancy bottle and price tag to match . RLS was one of the first fragrances I purchased when I started buying my own and collecting and I’ve had a bottle every other year since. Folk always compliment and want to know what it is but I keep that to myself. 110% recommend it
Same. However I’m nearly certain it’s not the original formulation. It’s been almost 20 years since I wore it all the time, but I just ordered a bottle about 2 weeks ago on FragranceX. Maybe it’s all in my head but it seems a lot more aldehydic than I remember. I always used to think it smelled like Macy’s and Dillard’s when you first walk in, and I remember thinking how could anyone not love this? Certainly my nose has changed, but this new bottle just seems super cloying in the opening. It does dry down and mellow out to something much closer to the memory, but it was definitely a shock at first sniff. TBH, I bet it’s a little of both- 1. it’s been reformulated a bit, and 2. modern blue fragrances have evolved our noses in a particular direction, so when we go back to to something like Safari, it seems like such a drastic displacement from “the norm”.
@@natepleger5403 I always associated Eternity for men with the smell of the department store entrance. Could be cuz i went through a bottle every couple of months back then lol.
desertdetroiter Polarizing is probably a good word for it. But when I first learned what a blue fragrance was, my mind immediately went back 20 years and thought “that must be like what Safari is.” Now, having ordered a new bottle of it, it’s obviously nothing like Sauvage or Dylan Blue or Bleu de Chanel. I think it has ballpark similarities to Versace The Dreamer.
desertdetroiter A little more of a punch to the face than The Dreamer, but they share the notes of artemisia, tarragon and amber. And Safari of course has a prominent oak moss.
Luna Rossa Carbon gets ALL the love when I wear it. Super fresh and masculine. Aventus was a scent that could not get down with when I first tried it and ended up giving it away...now im lowkey addicted to it.
Great list and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try pasha de Cartier but I like the other fragrances and I had a bottle of Ralph Lauren safari and it's a 10 out of ten and have a blessed day
I bought Versace L’homme just for the F of it!! When I put it on my wife loves it...I wasn’t really a fan of that fragrance but if it gets my wife in a good mood I’m for it 💯!! So I have come to love and appreciate the fragrance!! Keep up the good work my man!!😀
I tried Dior Homme during the spring of 2019 and was not impressed by the lipsticky Iris. I had just started into collecting in February. Then in late 2019 I got a sample of Dior Homme Intense and was blown away. I have since picked up full bottles of Dior Homme Intense, Dior Homme Parfum, Dior Homme Eau and after revisiting my sample I now plan on picking up a bottle of the pre 2020 Dior Homme. I don't know what I was thinking last spring. lol
Great video J. C. ! I own 3 of these fragrances on here. Farenheit, Prada Luna Rossa Carbon, and Safari. As a matter of fact, I have 2 bottles of Safari. A fragrance I am thinking of revisiting is Burberry Touch. I ordered it and thought, " Mehhh..." but now I'm giving it another shot and liking it much better. Stay safe and healthy my friend!
Great picks! For me, I'd go with Zoologist's original Bat (now sold under the perfumer's own brand as Night Flyer by Olympic Orchids). I had first gotten it as a 10ml decant, thought it was amazing but unwearable. I'd suggest giving it another try for those on a similar boat. That damp cave stays throughout but sweetens up in the mid and turns into a creamy sandalwood/vetiver combo in the drydown that's surprisingly wearable.
I wrote off Artisan Pure. Smelled it at Macy's and didn't like the DNA at all. Then about a year later around Nov last year, saw it in a rack store and the price for a 4.2oz was too good to pass up. Decided to get it and give it another go and Im glad I did! Love the scent. Plus Mr. Burberry EDT was my SOTD. Great content as always J.C
Nice line up, I was the same like you with Coach platinum, didn't liked it much at first but I tried it again and I appreciate it now and Mr Burberry is on my list Amen I'm beginning to see the light too :D Egoist Platinum another one I didn't like at first but it grew on me.
I remember about 7 years ago maybe even longer I went to a Sephora and I smelled Acqua Di Gio and I hated it. I thought it was too synthetic. Well now years later I have it in my small collection and i love it. It lasts for a long time and the scent is so nice for the summer.
Sun Java by Franck Oliver. I had it about 7 years back but didn't care for it too much. However, everytime I wore it I gained a ton of compliments. So I recently purchased it this year and it's everything! Fresh, Sweet, Versatile, Unique. The first 5 mins can be a little rough. But after that it's a magnet!
Luna Rossa Carbon was my signature scent last year. It is unique with its carbon/soil note and I like it more than Sauvage. One fragrance that I dismissed when I first smelled it was Bleu de Chanel. In fact, someone gifted me the original EDT in 2010 which I gave away. I was not impressed. I got to smell the EDT and EDP again just before the pandemic because pretty much all fragrance reviewers sing its praises. My nose was developed by then. I enjoy the elegant simplicity of Bleu de Chanel even though I know that there are a lot of fragrance notes in it. It's not my favorite blue fragrance (Luna Rossa Carbon still is) but it just works. Cool video.
Fun, thought provoking video Justin. I have several experiences to share. 1. I acquired a bottle of Dior Homme Parfum (the only bottle I was able to find, lucky me), and I thought I'd received the wrong fragrance. It was too overwhelming and I thought I wasn't going to like it! A few days later, the magic kicked in and I realized I had a masterpiece. It is now one of my favorites. Actually, I see the entire line (the famous 3) as one fragrance. You have to experience all 3 to fully appreciate each one. Truly amazing! 2. I wore a sample of Azzaro Wanted By Night for more than a week. Liked it so much that I went out and paid full retail for it. Two days later, I returned it. No longer liked it. All because of an off putting note! I predict my feeling is going to change again, probably in the fall. 3. I have never liked any version of Dior Sauvage (sorry Sauvage fans), but I do like all of the Prada Luna Rosa releases. I still have a sample of Sauvage Parfum. Tried it yesterday and found it intriguing and maybe tolerable. The more I try to like Sauvage, the more I actually like Prada! 4. Dior Fahrenheit: Still haven't come around to liking that one either, but that is completely different from Sauvage. There is hope for Fahrenheit due to the complexity. I never wore it long enough to understand it. Eventually, I may really like Fahrenheit. Fragrances are really lessons in life...
For me such cases are: - Hermes TDH edt (took me a year to like it...right after I tried the edp) - Mancera Cedrat Boise (took me few wearings) - D&G Light Blue eau intense - at first I got some sweaty undertone from it - just like with Guerlain Ideal Cologne. But I like them all finally.
Another nice one JC. I have to admit that I still like certain old joints myself, probably because they were part of my swag when I was just spreading my wings. Put your nose on classic Lagerfeld if you get a chance. I would be interested in what you think. I love that you went back to Luna Rossa Carbon. To me, it spanks Sauvage like a brat stepchild. Fahrenheit is a better offering from Dior IMO. I personally never liked Sauvage. LRC gets it right! Soooo much better.
Great vid as always brah! Believe it or not Fahrenheit Parfum had to grow on me. I guess the extreme hype surrounding it, in addition to my love for the original had me underwhelmed at first. I appreciate now though
I thought that Acqua di Gio Profumo must be over-hyped. (Especially, I didn't really trust Jeremy Fragrance.) So I never even tried it. Then I smelled it on my cousin, and I was surprised how nice it smelled. However, it doesn't seem to fit my particular personality, style, and probably wouldn't be ideal for my body chemistry, enough to be worth as much as it costs.
J. C. You are very welcome Justin. You are a great reviewer but also obviously a great person. I watch many different reviewers and you are one of my favorites.
Hello J C, how are you? Very nice job on the list and video. I just ordered a Prada Luna Rossa Carbon. I wish I known Steve had it, I would have gotten it from him. Stay safe Brother!
I had that experience with Versace Eros. My friends loveee to sniff through my ever growing collection before we go out on the town. Well one of them picked Eros and I smelled it on him and was like damn they smells good. I'd only worn it maybe 5 times before then it sat untouched for a year. I revisited it and I'm glad I did.....forgot how good it smells.
I honestly think it could be quite versatile. A lot of folks have used it as their signature over the years. But it really comes down to the personality you're looking to give off--if its too particular for you, that's ok. I agree, it could be quite elegant.
Love Safari! I’m fortunate enough to own a vintage splash version of the fragrance , and it smells sublime! The bottle design is incredible - they just don’t make classical fragrance bottles like this today! Massimo Dutti (of all retailers) have a very similar smelling fragrance to this called (if memory doesn’t fail me) Sandy Papyrus/Kasbah Sunset. Worth a try if you’ve a MD near you, JC 🙌
Thank you Anton! I'm happy you have an original bottle! That's special. I've never heard of Massimo Dutti...don't think I have that anywhere near me. But I'll look out for the fragrance.
Had the same with Fahrenheit literally 15 years ago - I smelled it on a guy during a business meeting and I was wowed by how amazing it smelled in the air as opposed to a test strip upclose.
I initially wrote off Dior Homme. I smelled it so many times, and I always figured it was good, but I wasn't sure if it was for me. But I went ahead a gave it a shot. Loved it.
Enjoyed the video JC. I had this kind of reaction with L'eau Bleue d'Issey. At first, the spicy opening was too much for me. As my nose has developed, I have really come around to thinking this juice is a banger. Grace and peace bruh!
BVLGARI Soir Homme. I had a tester bottle and sat on it for a long time before I started to really appreciate. Warm weather only. I live in a cold place. I love the stuff now.
My answer for your second question at the end of video is Bentley Azzure. At now I like Versace Pour Homme but in the past I love that one. Now I prefer Nautica Voyage over Versace Pour Homme ;)
Terre dHermes EDT 100ml blind buy from Fragrancenet. When it arrived i sprayed it was like what is this BS? I was wearing it around the house, wore it one day to go jogging, mann smelling it in the air... I was like damn something smells amazing! I later realized it was me...
The spicebomb lineup, didn’t like it in the store, got a sample in the mail and ended up loving it, now I have extreme and fresh, probably will get the og sometime soon
OMG, imagine what F. Justin comment about you dancing Salsa? 😀 Lordy, Lordy! JC, I noticed that you mentioned places you have visited, people storing/putting their perfume in the bathroom, is that an ideal storage for fragrances? You should do a video on how to store fragrances.
Loving the outfit here brother. Keeping it classic, timeless and modern at the same time. You look like you're wearing Penhaligon's Edymion Concentre here. Btw Justin you N E E D to get your nose on Floriental by Commes Des Garcons if you haven't already. I blindbought a sample, wasn't too sure about it the first two tests but I almost came on the fourth. Just a 2ml sample will do ya good, I dare you to resist the full bottle ;)
@@stayfreshproductions Awesome man! If you can find one of Edymion Concentre too, you'd love it for sure. Even though I've got a chip on my shoulder, the bastards discontinued my favorite of all time - Elixir.
I’ve been loving Mr. Burberry Indigo, recommended by Sebastian at Smelling Great Frag Reviews. Great summer scent! I’ve tried to love Fahrenheit but it is one of the only fragrances that gives me an instant headache. ☹️. Awesome list as always! Keep up the great work!
When I heard everyone talking about The One I had to try it . I got a sample and hated it. I went back to try it again and I liked it and now I LOVE it!!! When I first tried it came off powdery I don't like those type of scents. Somehow it changed for me!!!
I finally get to tried your favourite Timbuktu. Yup indeed it's a niche quality. However it didn't last long enough. But d scent is really really nice.
@@stayfreshproductions yes indeed. Going out for a short high tea with an extra shots of Timbuktu. It really gives some vibes of a quality to enjoy while having some teas.
I always felt Fahrenheit was too mature for me until the last year or two. It’s really an amazing and unique fragrance. My friend was wearing Fahrenheit in the hot humid tropical climate of Saigon(HCMC), Vietnam. We were heading out at night and I smelled this and it was awesome. I always pegged it as a Winter or cool weather fragrance. Wrong. I believe it can be worn all seasons. I’m also pretty sick of the Sauvage dna, but I’ll give Prada Luna Rossa Carbon a chance. Great list and video.
So You keep the Joop in the break in case of emergency glass huh??? 😂 For me it's Obsession for men. Hated it when it came out, but I really like it now... From one Musician to another Great Vid. I'm a instant subscribe. Keep Grinding...
1 TF noir edp that smell like a graveyard it's gloomy and gothic and mysterious and I absolutely love it but originally I was just not ready for it I didn't get it but then it clicked couple months later a 2 dozen scent purchases later I just got it 2 Cartier declaration dun suir I smell this early on I had no experience with florals, especially rose I ended up returning to it later its a spring staple for me 3 narciso roudriguez for him edt I resisted trying for the longest time but when I finally did I really loved it 4 Creed royal Mayfair I really love it now but it definitely took me some time to wrap my nose around it 5 amouage fate man that is a very culinary unique and challenging artist scent with insensce, cumin, immortel it literally has been described as smelling like curry when I tried it I didn't like it at all but one day I wore it out in a very cold winter day and as I walked outdoors the brisk wind made me catch my silage and it just worked I can't explain it it was an apiphany moment now it's a a mainstay in the winter rotation
Cute dance 😂, but I'm already subscribed! You have to wear a fragrance before you can be sure - but I have tried to wear Black Orchid about 5 times, and I just can't.
Use to wear PASHA back in the day,not one of my favorites from what I remember... Farenheit I could never get with,I do have a decant of the PARFUM,heard it was a lot smoother,I'll see, good review my man....
Justin, you have got to try vintage Cosmair Polo (green). The top notes are a bit off, but after 15 minutes this scent rivals Aventus as the best Alpha Male scent. It is so good. You can find it on eBay. Make sure it is Cosmair. The current formulation is nowhere near as good. The vintage gets compliments today no problem.
@@MeToo-py1tq Nah my man,Im just not into those, earthy, green, bitter scents,Encre Noire,Farenheit, just not my flavor at all....You probably like Vetiver too,I don't....
MERCEDESBENZS600 BASH Not a big fan of vetiver but have grown to appreciate it . I use a little on a warm hot day just 2 sprays and it carries me most of the day. Compliments included. But yeah I didn’t like it at all either at first. Like JC said our tastes and perceptions do change.
MERCEDESBENZS600 BASH well i like Dark fragrances ,,, i had encre noir and yea it is extrem in the opening but its so smooth in the dry down ... smells like wet wood after rain ...
This is gonna be super unpopular but Invictus Acqua....I definitely was not feeling it. Im gonna go back and revisit it tho now that nose is more adjusted.
Prada Luna Rosa carbon is a gem
Nishit Mamtora Sauvage light
Why not sauvage?or sauvage edp?
I just don’t get it! I don’t get the citrus at all
@Scarface It lasts like for 10 days, but yeah the performance is crap🤣 I own a 2017 bottle though

As long as you LOVE it that's all that matters....
i owned ralph lauren safari for a little bit earlier this year when i just started getting into fragrances. unfortunately, i resold the bottle because the juice barely lasted on my skin. initial blast and scent were great, but after 2 hours, i could barely smell anything.
That safari stinks to me man. My uncle use to wear that stank stuff
Welcome to the Fahrenheit family! It's a beautiful fragrance. If you get a chance to try the vintage it is even better!
Great video bro! Greatly appreciate the shout out! Hope to help people save a little cash and still smell fresh! I really enjoy Prada Luna Rossa Carbon, I actually find myself reaching for it more than my Sauvage TBH. Great video again bro, much respect
Thanks again bro!
LOVE Fahrenheit! Smells just absolutely perfect for fall to me.
I was 16 when I fell in love with Safari in 1996. I was told it was for the older man and I get that. It's so underrated.

Prada luna rossa carbon is very close to sauvage edt but with slight bit of soapy note which makes this fragrance so sexy 😍 loving it👍🏻
Totally agree about the surprisingly addictive nature of Luna Rossa Carbon, with it’s cool powdery lavender approachability.

What a great description of Dior Fahrenheit 👌👌👌 never heard a better explanation of the smell 😎
Thank you!
Not sure how I missed this one. Great list. We definitely share a love for Safari, the stuff is just beautiful. Enjoyed the video!
I don't know what I was thinking last spring. lol
Don’t bother with the original Dior Homme it’s the same as the following ones that came out except the most recent.
Thanks Shane!
I only smelled the original Bat from a blotter, and I enjoyed it. Need to try it on my skin!
Thanks! Artisan Pure is great on the skin!
Nice line up, I was the same like you with Coach platinum, didn't liked it much at first but I tried it again and I appreciate it now and Mr Burberry is on my list Amen I'm beginning to see the light too
:D Egoist Platinum another one I didn't like at first but it grew on me.
It is so nice how things can change for the better with some fragrances. Need to revisit Platinum Egoiste.
Great content! Fahrenheit was my scent in the day...Carbon is a fantastic, versatile, easy reach fragrance. Think I'll pick up RL Safari!
Thanks Dan!
I remember about 7 years ago maybe even longer I went to a Sephora and I smelled Acqua Di Gio and I hated it. I thought it was too synthetic. Well now years later I have it in my small collection and i love it. It lasts for a long time and the scent is so nice for the summer.
Sounds like you have a bit of a vintage bottle-the current bottles last 3 hours! 😝
J. C. - it lasts for about 5-6 hours 😂. Maybe I need to broaden my collection to try colognes that last longer than that.
I'm intrigued!
Cool video.
BDC does have an elegant simplicity to it, well-put. I'm planning to revisit the Parfum version! Thanks!
Thank you, Mark! Its so amazing to me how our tastes change with something as simple as time and repetition.
For me such cases are:
- Hermes TDH edt (took me a year to like it...right after I tried the edp)
- Mancera Cedrat Boise (took me few wearings)
- D&G Light Blue eau intense - at first I got some sweaty undertone from it - just like with Guerlain Ideal Cologne.
Thank you brotha! Great points.
First one is such a great scent. Love it after the shower or cool weather
Great vid as always brah! Believe it or not Fahrenheit Parfum had to grow on me. I guess the extreme hype surrounding it, in addition to my love for the original had me underwhelmed at first. I appreciate now though
Thanks! Last I tried Fahrenheit Parfum I wasn't crazy about it. Need to revisit it!
I completely agree with you on Prada Luna Rossa Carbon. I really enjoy that fragrances even though I don’t like Sauvage.
Thanks for posting J.C. you are obviously a great person and I love your videos.
Thank you for all your support over the years!
J. C. You are very welcome Justin. You are a great reviewer but also obviously a great person. I watch many different reviewers and you are one of my favorites.
Great list and video...Definitely gonna try Mr. Burberry. Salute my brother!! 👊🏾
Much appreciated bro!
Hello J C, how are you? Very nice job on the list and video. I just ordered a Prada Luna Rossa Carbon. I wish I known Steve had it, I would have gotten it from him. Stay safe Brother!
Thanks Greg! PRLC is lovely! Take care.
Sometimes it takes smelling it on someone else! :)
Which settings would you recommend Farenheit for? I love that unique DNA but unfortunately I find it quite formal or elegant, therefore not versatile.
I honestly think it could be quite versatile. A lot of folks have used it as their signature over the years. But it really comes down to the personality you're looking to give off--if its too particular for you, that's ok. I agree, it could be quite elegant.
Big Mr. Burberry EDT fan. A solid blend and unique, perfect for the office. 👍
Love the vids my friend. Just ordered a sample of Carbon based on yours and a few other's suggestions:)
Exactly! The air is what matters. :)
PLR Carbon is great. It's not spicy/peppery like Sauvage EDT (which is my favorite aspect of the Sausage line) but I still love it.
Luna Rossa Carbon is a dumb reach for me. Glad to hear you talk about it!
I initially wrote off Dior Homme. I smelled it so many times, and I always figured it was good, but I wasn't sure if it was for me. But I went ahead a gave it a shot. Loved it.
It's a classic!
@@stayfreshproductions Now that I've owned it for a little over a year and a half, I can say, it will be in my collection for a long time.
Enjoyed the video JC. I had this kind of reaction with L'eau Bleue d'Issey. At first, the spicy opening was too much for me. As my nose has developed, I have really come around to thinking this juice is a banger. Grace and peace bruh!
Thanks Brandon! That one is quite unusual, need to revisit it.
NV is a classic!
Terre dHermes EDT 100ml blind buy from Fragrancenet. When it arrived i sprayed it was like what is this BS? I was wearing it around the house, wore it one day to go jogging, mann smelling it in the air... I was like damn something smells amazing! I later realized it was me...
Haha yes! Its in the air where fragrances shine.
The spicebomb lineup, didn’t like it in the store, got a sample in the mail and ended up loving it, now I have extreme and fresh, probably will get the og sometime soon
Justin, have you done a standalone review of Barkhane yet? Just picked up a 50mL bottle for $65 on their website.
I have not. Didn’t think many folks would be interested in that. But I’ll consider it!
I understood the differences between them. But if you had to buy only one mr Burberry wich one would you choose edt or edp ? Greetings !
I'd go with EDT!
Great list! I love how our noses change over time. 😎💯🔥 - Jonesy
I am actually going to do a video that covers that topic on Patreon. So you’ll be one of the first to see it. Thank you for watching 😊
Thank you Nourman! I'll see if I can find a sample of that CDG.
I have a bottle of Indigo on the way! Thanks Scott!
J. C. Excellent! Hope you enjoy it!
When I heard everyone talking about The One I had to try it . I got a sample and hated it. I went back to try it again and I liked it and now I LOVE it!!! When I first tried it came off powdery I don't like those type of scents. Somehow it changed for me!!!
I love that one!
@J.C. - could you do (if you haven’t) do a video for your top 10 signature scents you can wear all year round ? Keep the videos coming !!!
I’ll add it to the list! Thank you 🙏🏾
I finally get to tried your favourite Timbuktu. Yup indeed it's a niche quality. However it didn't last long enough. But d scent is really really nice.
The scent is beautiful indeed! It has modest performance. I don't mind.
@@stayfreshproductions yes indeed. Going out for a short high tea with an extra shots of Timbuktu. It really gives some vibes of a quality to enjoy while having some teas.
I love Prada Luna Carbon, one that you use in office or just out on the town.
yea, true with everything ... Mr. Burberry, Safari and Prada Luna Rossa Carbon .. i must buy them all!!!
Thank you, Jaime! It's the air that really allows fragrances to shine. Give PRLC a chance if you can!
So You keep the Joop in the break in case of emergency glass huh??? 😂 For me it's Obsession for men. Hated it when it came out, but I really like it now... From one Musician to another Great Vid. I'm a instant subscribe. Keep Grinding...
I gotta revisit Obession, I feel the same way you did...Thank you Gregory!!
1 TF noir edp that smell like a graveyard it's gloomy and gothic and mysterious and I absolutely love it but originally I was just not ready for it I didn't get it but then it clicked couple months later a 2 dozen scent purchases later I just got it
2 Cartier declaration dun suir I smell this early on I had no experience with florals, especially rose I ended up returning to it later its a spring staple for me
3 narciso roudriguez for him edt I resisted trying for the longest time but when I finally did I really loved it
4 Creed royal Mayfair I really love it now but it definitely took me some time to wrap my nose around it
5 amouage fate man that is a very culinary unique and challenging artist scent with insensce, cumin, immortel it literally has been described as smelling like curry when I tried it I didn't like it at all but one day I wore it out in a very cold winter day and as I walked outdoors the brisk wind made me catch my silage and it just worked I can't explain it it was an apiphany moment now it's a a mainstay in the winter rotation
I need to give Fate Man another shot...
Cute dance 😂, but I'm already subscribed! You have to wear a fragrance before you can be sure - but I have tried to wear Black Orchid about 5 times, and I just can't.
Thank you!! And it sounds like you gave Black Orchid a fair shot. 😊
Great list Justin, I own prada luna rusa carbon and coach platinum my 2 favourite alternatives.
Thanks Louis!
Love Safari. I'm just bought Mr Burberry. Thanks for your content.
Thanks for watching!
Need to review Drakkar Noir. Old school, but good stuff.
... the necklace, shirt and dance? a vibe 😍...
😅
Haha! Thank you, Ene...😊
Hey man, you looking fly in that shirt. What brand? Is it tailored?
Thanks! Not tailored, Its from Topman.
Use to wear PASHA back in the day,not one of my favorites from what I remember... Farenheit I could never get with,I do have a decant of the PARFUM,heard it was a lot smoother,I'll see, good review my man....
Thanks bro! The classics!
Luna Rosa carbon all day any day for me. A must have for all the men out there !
I did Tonino Lamborghini Millennials like that, Joints is A Dapper Sleeper
Luna rossa carbon is one of my signatures!!!!! Great frag
I need to try it for sure.
Can you do a video about Terre D‘Hermes ?
Now that's one cologne I never ever liked...
MERCEDESBENZS600 BASH
Oh one day you will...you will
@@MeToo-py1tq Nah my man,Im just not into those, earthy, green, bitter scents,Encre Noire,Farenheit, just not my flavor at all....You probably like Vetiver too,I don't....
MERCEDESBENZS600 BASH
Not a big fan of vetiver but have grown to appreciate it .
You’ll have to try Burberry Mr Indigo. I absolutely love it!!
I have a bottle coming in the mail. :)
What's up JC?! Thanks for sharing bro. You should check out Pasha de Cartier parfum version. It's 🔥🔥🔥
I got the Parfum version coming in the mail!!
@@stayfreshproductions Right on brotha!! I hope you like it!!
I tried boss bottled at first kind of weird but now I love it .
My girlfriend just got me mr Burberry because like you. I passed on it. Now i have both like you and enjoy it.
Yessir!
dope list bro....to honest i wasn’t a fan of dior sauvage at first but after giving the EDP a wear on skin i gave it a second chance. #PEACE
Yessir!
Jay, you need to look more into the house of Cartier mu Brother. That house will shock you with how damn good it is.
Which ones?
I got the new Pasha Parfum coming!
J.C you’re going to absolutely love it
