Thanks! The part I dont understand is how do you account for a day that the streak was broken?? For ex. you meditated Mon - Thursday and on Friday you broke the streak and got back on it on Saturday How do you account for this within the table?
A huge flaw with this approach is that it only tracks active streaks, so for example if you want to look at how many days in the last month or year you completed a habit with a broken streak you can't do that.

You just change the start date and the formulas take care of the rest
