Deodorant should be used sparingly on the skin because of the dozens of chemicals it contains. A natural deo too should not be applied on skin. Apply deo on undergarments or socks to de-odorise any odor. 1-2 drops on wrists is all the skin contact a deo, cologne or parfum should make. Brush teeth well before a meeting or outing. Dark clothes for a formal setting. Pair a dark suit with a light blue, light grey or light magenta shirt. Sabira advocates a white shirt. Avoid a white shirt as it is a stark contrast to a dark suit and reminds one of waiters in cafes. Never wear white socks. She says don't use "fillers" like you know, actually, I mean, basically etc but Sabira uses them amply. They are not called fillers but crutch words. Speak moderately loud dont project too much else it appears uncouth. Don't open your mouth wide while speaking. She did not highlight the most important part of grammar - agreement of the verb with the subject, tenses and pronouns. Her reference to "you and I" is syntax not grammar. While talking, use hands sparingly. Turn your head less or slowly. Shoulders upright. Body relaxed. Head slightly raised. Feet a little apart. Don't blink too much.
