  • In the first episode of Inside Out With Barkha Dutt, Shashi Tharoor opens up for the first time like never before. The Congress MP narrates the story behind the word 'Farrago' and why he uses complicated English words. Tharoor also recalls when the Communist party allegedly ran a propoganda against him accusing the now Congress MP of being a Mossad agent and how it was followed with James Bond memes.

Floccinaucinihilipilification…. I had known that word since I was in 5th standard because my English teacher was fascinated by these types of super large words in English and informed us about these. But the biggest known English word is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis which is a type of silicosis (lung disease) in industrial workers….

Unfortunately his English vocabulary and British accent won't help his political career, nor help in the growth of his congress party, neither help him connect with the general Indian masses.
Won't be surprised if he lost his seat this 24' election
