Yo what's up 618 fishing I'm a huge fan and I've been watching your videos for about 5 years and I have a TH-cam channel also and you are the first one that I watched on TH-cam
Many decades ago, at Sea Rim Park Sabine TX I snagged a line. I pulled the line in because fishing line should always be pulled out of the water. While pulling that line in I pulled up a rod and reel with a 5500 Garcia reel. The. The line took off. So I reeled it up and landed a 23" redfish, which took the previous anglers rig. Fish was kept and ate, and I still have that reel to this day. That reel has been rebuilt because the saltwater wasn't good on the bearings. That was 30 yrs ago now

I'm being 100 % honest that's my rod and real the real is a rhino reel and I'm not sure what the rod it but I left it down there like 1 or 2 weeks ago it's nice but we brought a lil kid with us and he got it tangled and couldn't get it reeled in and we forgot to pick it up lol but if it does end up getting gave away I want it to go to someone who doesn't have much rods or stuff like that but I will happily let it go to someone who doesn't have one
That Rod you found is one of the BEST rods for ALL PURPOSE fishing my dad had one when I was younger and caught plenty of PB Catfish and PB Bluegill(we call em bream down south) on it great Rod hard to break.
This fishing spot always brings some fun every time you go out. When you started catching big fish and not using your big fish music i knew something great was coming along. Was not disappointed, and i hope that rod gets back to its owner.
Everytime you catch a fish and sound all excited I get excited m. You be like no way no way we gotta land this fish. Then we finally see the fish and I’m like a damn Carpenter! Lol
