A actively symptomatic person with TB would not have the lung capacity to walk up a flight of stairs, let alone from one country to another. Another thing you may want to know about TB, is that there are MANY people who have inactive TB walking amongst us right now. While their infection is non-active, they still carry the bacteria. My thoughts on the Caravan I don’t think we should take them in. Now, before you go and start throwing nasty remarks my way let me explain first. I think we need to temporarily close all borders and stop taking people in. We NEED to prepare first, we can’t take that many more people in without proper preparations being taken first. Food, water, shelter, power, etc... Not to mention that nearby schools are going to get flooded and they need tint to get ready as well. But not only that. We need to start focusing on the people we already have here. The Americans already here that desperately need help from the government. People born and raised here don’t have health care, they don’t have a job, they broke tired and scared and need our help. But everyone is so focused on taking more and more people in. That we don’t stop and think about the ones already here. Americans. Can we please put good and honest Americans first please? Our soldiers have PTSD and are killing them selves. The VA doesn’t have the resources to help our veterans anymore. Our vets go the VA to die, not to get better. Let’s help them out. Or how about our debt, let’s start taking measures to decrease our debts. Let’s just stop and look at our country. We are more divided now, then ever before. We need to stop taking people in and throwing ourselves into other nations conflicts struggles. We need to start worrying about ourselves and helping the Americans we already have first. But I have no problem letting people move in to our great country. But can we please just stop for a min and help the people already here begging or help, please. Rule of thumb: if you see a footage of questionable US practices against immigrants, or our own citizens and you still make excuses for it, replace 'in the USA' with 'in Russia' or 'in China' and think if you'd still think it would be humane. My thoughts on the Caravan
I don’t think we should take them in. Now, before you go and start throwing nasty remarks my way let me explain first.
I think we need to temporarily close all borders and stop taking people in. We NEED to prepare first, we can’t take that many more people in without proper preparations being taken first. Food, water, shelter, power, etc... Not to mention that nearby schools are going to get flooded and they need tint to get ready as well.
But not only that. We need to start focusing on the people we already have here. The Americans already here that desperately need help from the government. People born and raised here don’t have health care, they don’t have a job, they broke tired and scared and need our help. But everyone is so focused on taking more and more people in. That we don’t stop and think about the ones already here.
Americans. Can we please put good and honest Americans first please? Our soldiers have PTSD and are killing them selves. The VA doesn’t have the resources to help our veterans anymore. Our vets go the VA to die, not to get better. Let’s help them out.
Or how about our debt, let’s start taking measures to decrease our debts.
Let’s just stop and look at our country. We are more divided now, then ever before.
We need to stop taking people in and throwing ourselves into other nations conflicts struggles. We need to start worrying about ourselves and helping the Americans we already have first.
But I have no problem letting people move in to our great country. But can we please just stop for a min and help the people already here begging or help, please. I’m tired of seeing Americans go without because our government is more concerned about taking people in.
