This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "how to be more talkative" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Owarmey Proactive whisper - (just google it ) ? It is a great one off product for mastering small talk without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got excellent results with it.

The classes which I attended offered the subscription of a year, and many students from the classes advised me to take my sweet time but I knew my potential and just wanted get away ASAP ... so Now, here I'm waiting for the university to respond on the application. 😇

Another question that some people like to ask strangers (after they find out that this stranger came from somewhere) is: "Oh, what brought you here?" I know, they do not mean to hurt anyone, but please, before being just curious in small talk, please think a little bit and use some sort of empathy. What answer do you expect? People have a reason of leaving the place where they born (and sometimes situation in their country change so that they do not have other choice but leave everything what they have had there) - do you expect a stranger to open up and tell their story? Or just playing like an actor?
An interesting topic! Personally, if someone starts talking to me about the weather (and it's not to tell me it's a beautiful day) I run the other way, though this could be a Yorkshire thing. People definitely love making small talk about the weather here. I always go for something situational: "Oh look at that cactus, isn't that interesting" or something recent but not news-related "Have you seen Toy Story 4 yet?". More interesting than the weather and less confrontational than my personal political preferences!
It is best not to ask folks where they got an item from, especially clothing, earrings, purse, shoes etc. They may shop at garage sales, thrift stores or some place they just don't feel comfortable disclosing. It's almost as bad as asking someone how much did you pay for that.
Right, asking people what plans they have for the weekend is also not a good question. They might have things going on that they consider to be personal and won't feel comfortable explaining their weekend plans. A great deal of small talk doesn't make any sense. For the most part, small talk is people talking just to be talking.
