When you say reset? What do you mean reset? I can’t find the solution for my pS5. 2 weeks ago I just all of a sudden couldn’t be heard in game. I can hear my friends before the match starts but once in game it tells me chi at disabled and I can’t figure out what it is

Mines been out for 3 days. Works in ps5 party chat,discord all that. Just can't hear my squad and my mix doesn't work in game. Ive adjust my audio settings a million times, unplugged and reset the Bluetooth headset. Doesn't say I'm chat banned... idk wtf is wrong. Only option is to delete and re install the whole game but don't want to do it incase it doesn't work still. Idk 😢. I' never got MW3 , still running WZ from mw2. If you all still need help try Going to your Internet settings then go to advanced settings from there reset your alternate Mac address and it should tell you to restart your console or cancel, you should restart your console from the prompt. It worked for me.

i have a issue where i made a private channel for me and a friend. We can hear each other fine in the channel when in the lobby. but the moment we enter a game using the channel we can no longer hear each other. Our mic register’s because our names pop up when we speak but we cant hear each other at all.

@keesjilner4174 I did some research about it and the only way I've found out how to fix it is by closing and opening the game completely or completely turning your console off then back on cause its apparently a bug with the game itself when the mic stops working so you just have to keep trying until it works😅
