@@toonsy8248 Vikings have such a soft middle of the season that they are poised to run away with the nfc if they beat the lions, I think it will be our toughest challenge yet though!
@@toonsy8248 That's true, but the division will probably be over about week 14 if the Lions lose this one. Seven of the Vikes 10 games following the Lions are against teams ranked in the bottom half of Rizz's current rankings above The biggest question in week 18 could be whether the Vikes rest their starters, or whether the Lions need to win to get a wild card.
The week 7 game will virtually decide the division. A Vikes win will take the division completely out of the Lions and Packers hands - both will be 2.5 games back, and their return matches in week 17 and 18 will come too late to fix that. They will both be relying on other teams to beat the Vikes, and sweeping everyone themselves, to get back in the division race. For the Pack and Lions to get back into the division race: 1. They would have to hope the one remaining seeded rival - the Falcons will beat the Vikings at US Bank 2. That the Vikes drop at least 2 or 3 games to their common opponents - Colts, Titans, Jags, Cards, Rams, Seahawks, Bears 3. The Pack and Lions would both have to sweep all those common opponents, including the Bears 4. The Lions would also have to beat the Cowboys, Texans and 49ers ON THE ROAD, and Bills at home. 5. The Packers would have to beat the Texans, 49ers, Saints, and Dolphins at home - they might have caught a break with Tua 6. The Packers and Lions would have to avoid losing to each other - each loss is another loss the Vikes would need from 2. It's not unreasonable to think that if the Vikes do beat the Lions in week 7, that they can get past a beaten up Rams, struggling Colts, Jags and Titans, and be 10-0 by week 11. It's also not unreasonable to think that the Lions might drop a game at the Texans, or 49ers or vs the Bills. Similarly the Packers could easily drop a game to the Texans or 49ers. One of the Packers or Lions probably have to lose in their week 9 clash. So, it will virtually be sudden death from about week 12, with the Lions and Pack needing to win out, and both needing the Vikes to lose out. The Lions will have a lifeline if they can beat the Cowboys in Dallas this weekend, AND beat the rested Vikes at US Bank in week 7.
@robe2504 ? How would it take either team out of the race. Lions wouldn't be 2.5 games behind with a loss. If the lions win the cowboys game they're 1 game behind. This logic only holds up if you think the Vikings won't lose another game after the Lions game.
im a bears fan and i was like damn how do you put NYJ, AZ, and NO over them. Jets were playing so bad they fired the coach, cardinals are 2-3 with a fluke upset, and the saints are complete frauds who have lost 3 straight. Bears only losses are in one score games with a rookie qb. Definitely in the top half of the league at least this week.
Bears are overrated af and Caleb Williams looks horrendous. The only game he's played good in is against the panthers witch any quarterback can play well against them. Id take cards and saints any day of the week over the bears. Average delusional Bears fan saying how great they are when they're not even that good lol. Plus the bears have had an easy schedule while the cards have had the 2nd hardest schedule through the first 5 weeks
Some of these don't make sense to me. When the chargers go out and beat the broncos in denver next week then I expect to see them at that 12 spot or higher
Idk about the jets but AZ has played well against every team except the commanders who are a top 5 team and have had a much more difficult schedule. And when your wins are against 3 bottom ten teams you dont deserve to be that high
The Bills came to Baltimore looking like the best team in the league, then Baltimore destroyed them. The commanders will do the same. Play great vs bums but lose to real competition. The ravens have the best run defense so the commanders can’t run.
Yes chiefs did beat the saints. But they also had a lot of their playmakers out or played injured. Vikings have a better overall roster and we beat bad teams by big and good teams just not as much. The jets have a top 4 defense 🤔
I think the 49ers should have a top 10 ranking , losing a division game can happen , and the sea clucks are overrated ,, come on man rhey lost to the giants by more then one score sun
Redskins should b 1 the chiefs sre over rated we beat the Bengals bac and the ravens went to overtime we only lost to tampa because we didnt let Jayden loose the refs help the chiefs the vikings are legit but nit better than us nobody in our division can beat us but everone in our division can beat anybody outside of it 🤷🏽 sorry not sorry
@@Truthinessization I don't hate the Texans. CJ Stroud is one of my favorites and said he was going to be a star after his rookie game. The list is fluid and I have my Ravens behind the Commanders(some not happy about that). The Texans are #6.

Vikings vs lions week 7 could be the difference between 1 seed and wild card for Vikings and lions, huge game!
They play twice? The one later in the season will be the more important one

Broncos went from low 20s to middle of the pack in just three weeks. What a turn around for those boys
Number 5 vs 6, Washington at Baltimore, that's going to be a great game. Let's go commanders!
It will. Let's go Ravens
Yep will be a great game. Good luck-Go Ravens!
Lamar mvp jackson gonna go crazy
The first house 🏠 is BACK. TEXANS ARE TOP 5 BABY
you're telling me the bears are lower than the jets 🤨

I have the Commanders and Baltimore ahead of Texans
then you don't know football
I'm a Falcons fan but having us at 8 is kind of wild
Nice seeing Washington that high
Finally some respect for the falcons. One of the teams to beat in the NFC.

As a Commanders fan i love the underdog talk. 6.5 is highly disrespectful and i know they will use that as fuel. 38-27 Commanders
We miss "TH-cam hows it going" ganggggggg
Number 1 and 2 won't change since both have a bye
The Bears beat the Titans, Rams, and Panthers
The Packers beat the Titans, Rams, and Colts.
Why are they 10 spots apart?
Best power rankings I’ve seen. Legit bro.

How the Hell do you have the Arizona Cardinals and the New York Jets ahead of the Chicago Bears?

Go Redskins!
Lions have the best offense against bad teams.
How does my bolts is 21 not playing but the jets higher then us and lost not making sense
BRONCOS COUNTRY
Lions could go down if they lost to Dallas too. The Cowboys might get a couple of guys back.
Cowboys are too high imo. No bias.
Also as an Eagles fan, I feel like we should be lower, we’ve been playing like meh lately.
TH-cam how’s it going!!!!
30 is kinda generous but ok
Not with the Browns playing as bad as they are.
How you going to shit on the Vikings this week. If they ain’t at least #2?

How are the bears behind 3 2-3 teams smh
Cause they suck
because there wins are against bottom ten teams while the cards won against a tough opponent and have kept it close with the bills and lions
Cardinals need to be higher

Eagles should not be higher then the Cowboys
Bears should be higher
For beating the Panthers at home??? What about a good game against an average team first.
Redskins gonna win 27 24
Cleveland is worse than ne
