So sorry to hear about your dad. Exactly the same happened to me when on tour and we got back from Europe just before mum died at the same age as your father. I’m sure you , like me were so glad you got back in time to savour those few final days, and that you have great memories, mum pops into my mind most days as that happy adventurous person I shall always think of. Looking forward to your next usa tours.

It's quite scary travelling when your parents are old, knowing that call could come at any moment. I was quite worried last year when we were cycling in Europe. That would have been a lot harder to get home from.

Yes, it was amazing. We'll hopefully get some more time to explore when we head back in April. And yeah, Dad lived a great life and we were lucky to have him as long as we did.
