Hey friends, excellent video on the ART Shuttle Services, when we went to Disneyland we stayed at the Fairfield so we walked there, this is very helpful for if we need to take a shuttle next time. I hope we get to visit Disneyland again soon! I miss it sooooo much!

That is not a bad ride. 8 minutes is very doable. Remember some bus rides from Caribbean Beach in FL to the Magic Kingdom, it took 20 minutes. LOL. LIKE 33. 👍👍👍👍
Yes, I edited out around 90 seconds of waiting at the odd traffic junction but this was still faster than some hotels that claim to be ‘Across the street from Disneyland’. Thanks for watching ☺️

If you’re staying away from the adjacent hotels to Disneyland and there’s an ART shuttle at your hotel I highly recommended it. It saves time & your feet ☺️
Fantastic! I wish we got the ART shuttle. It looks great and so convenient! We ended up walking each day too and from the Hampton inn (which is next door to yours 😂) it wasn’t so bad in the morning with the excitement of Disney ahead! But at the end of the day after all those steps it was a tad exhausting then haha! It’s quite a walk after the parks lol. This looks really convenient. And a great price! This was super helpful explanation too. We kept saying each day we were going to try Joes Italian ice and never ended up trying it 😢 haha. It was always so busy which must be a great thing. Loved watching the drive to DL! Makes me want to go back sooo badly haha! Seeing the back of guardians is so exciting! Awesome helpful and informative video! 😊💜
I can’t believe you walked all that way each day! There was a free Disney shuttle about halfway up the road you walked up, I’m so sorry you didn’t know. We didn’t make Joes either, the crowds were far too long. We went to Taco Bell instead 😂 I hope you get to go back & not have to walk all that way again. Thanks for watching ☺️

I had to pull an extra shift a work today.😥 I was wondering, If you ride the ART buses does that make you an ARTistic person?😁 Here my question, is it better to get a hotel further away from DL and take the ART busses for a fee? Or just get a closer room within walking distance to DL on Harbor blvd? I've never stayed far enough to use the bus. Thanks! Great Vlog!
Between you and I and anyone who reads the comments, in an upcoming video I use the free Disney Shuttle from the Toy Story parking lot which cuts out all the bag check delays at the park entrance. So I would look at a hotel close to that as the rates of the closest hotels are more expensive. That’s ok, I never know when it’s best to upload a video.

@@TheDisneyStranger I think the ART is worth it just to save your feet all those extra steps even to get to the closer hotels. We got a great deal to stay in a suite with a free night & free breakfast which really made it worthwhile. My pleasure, I hope to be there for your next one too.
Good to know! We are going in June and might stay off site a few days. Did you need to pay/show anything to get back on the bus at DL to go to your hotel?
Yes, you purchase your ticket on the app and show the driver when you get onboard. I will show the Disney shuttle in an upcoming video which is another option when staying off site.
Thank you for the video. It's good to hear that they have gone back to running every 30 minutes. Did you notice if the bus was wheelchair/scooter accessible? Does it have a ramp?
Last time I was here about a year ago there were multiple times where the bus never showed up, we ended up walking to and from our hotel basically the entire trip because it didn't seem like they were going to show up. Do you know if this has been resolved yet?
I wonder if that had anything to do with the return to service after the closure of the park? I was there in the Fall and I used this and had no issues at all. Where did you stay?
@@ALifeintheParks I stayed at Motel 6, I actually just went back and looked when it was that I went and it was only last July. I had gone one other time right around the time that the park first opened back up and the bus system was great. Not sure why it was so much worse in July.
@@MN-vw2lo If you stayed at the one on South Harbor you can also use the free Disneyland shuttle bus at the Toy Story parking lot. Not sure why there were issues in July unless it was because it was really busy?

We had no issues at all getting back, after a few minutes the bus arrived. It was busy but I still had a seat.
