I'm surprised we never made you listen to it sooner. It's a very dark song, and I think that's why it is so loved. Same with Antarctica. It's one of the first songs I ever heard by them, and it's been a big part of my healing journey (5 years clear from s/h).

@shredgardo thanks man, it's been a journey, but I'm proud. Moving out of my parents, and lots of therapy, was the biggest thing. I always encourage others to seek therapy. I've been going for almost 10 years, and it has helped me learn to cope with life and my anxiety disorder. Never thought I'd make it to 25, let alone get married and have my own home. Life does get better, and seeking help is not a bad thing.

Excited for IV. My favourite one. I love how they frequently have two sdts of vocals playing over each other, like they have their regular voices in the foreground but in the background you got a more higher pitched, slightly shouting voice. "To kill a mocking bird" is my favourite example with that 4D effect too
The samples on this beat just mesh so well scrim is a genius mixing that triple 6 mafia saxophone 🔥

honestly probably never gonna get music like this from them again. They were drugged up in a dark place and now they are doing better which is fantastic. But the realness and sound can't be mimicked in my opinion.
