Regarding BR540 some of us came late to the party and are just getting to enjoy it now, but even if it is becoming a mainstream; I would call it a “soon to be classic” as we all have to agree, this perfume is a masterpiece and that is the reason why it became one of the best sellers of all time. I just received an sample of the Xerjoff Ivory Route and Bouquet Ideayle 💐 I’m in love with the Bouquet Ideayle 🥰 It wears very nicely on me so I may have to get the full bottle ♥️ I like the Ivory Route but still testing that one on me 🤔 They just restocked Initio Oud For Greatness so I’m super excited to try b/c I’ve been getting into ouds these days 😉
Recently added Sultan to my collection. Dark, sweet, and regal. Ruby N Vanilla intense by EBK is a less known but very good vanilla fragrance. Try it when you get the chance. Congrats on your new fragrance. Will be sampling it when it comes out.

It is very hyped within the frag community, but I’ve never smelled anyone wearing it before so it’s unique in my area. I really want to buy that Xerjoff Ivory Route. I literally can't even smell it... It's faintly sweet and sugary for a minute and after that, nothing. I heard of some other people having this experience too, are some of us just immune to it lol

Thank you for sharing I learned a lot from watching.. Now my colleagues treat me better and being "noticed" more because I learned to stick on a very few perfumes that they remember me by.. It's true you don't need to have very expensive perfumes, just the ones that fits your body chemistry and long lasting all day.. or at least 5hrs to reapply it.

Let's do a total price breakdown on this collection. Seems quite exotic and pricey. Except for Montale Aoud Tobacco. Definitely a nice choice there and quite unisex.
Lets be honest Demi, after 50 perfumes, all fragrances are not too unique. It has been my experience. Takes a lot to wow me now. I wish you and many other reviewers can be transparent and make this statement. I enjoy 540 quite a lot and although many now consider a simple fragrance, many perfumers would wish to make a masterpiece like this. For someone that works in NYC, I have to say that I don’t smell it as much as many reviews claim. I get tons of compliments.

I live in Alabama and for me I am 43yrs old and I am just really getting into different perfumes and scents.I had never worn many designer perfumes until the past year or so,my mom has worn Dior poison for years.I just wore coco Chanel madam Moselle just this past year.What’s really funny when you live in the south like I do women don’t care as much about nice smelling perfume really.I love perfume and make up.Also I can’t afford very expensive perfume.100 dollars a bottle is alot for me.
You really like your Sandalwood ! It’s amazing how many of your loves have Sandalwood in their base when I research them. My husband HATES Sandalwood. He is one of those in the genetic population that smell the phyto-androgen as the Aldosterone produced in our armpit sweat ! So he just smells BO ! Not very appealing apparently!! Luckily BR540 and Oud for Greatness have none so I have some room there to dabble. Please no one suggest I could swap my husband instead ! 🤣

Get montale Blue Amber. Sprayed it 3 days ago and I threw the scent strip away yesterday and I can STILL Smell it. As a man it’s safe to say, won’t be wearing it until November/December 😂

My God, ordered a sample kit from Montale and I am glad I did: Intense Cafe, Patchouli Leaves, Black Aoud, Arabians Tonka and Honey Oud.... Didn't like any of those fragrances...which was so disappointing. Intense Cafe and Arabians Tonka were SO SWEET. Patchouli Leaves smells like a natural pharmacy with alcohol... And the rest are just too strong for me. I wonder about this Oud Tobacco!!!
She's right. Ivory Route has beast mode performance. You'll be living in an intoxicating warm, creamy sandalwoody vanilla scent bubble. Decidedly unisex. if I had to compare it to anything, I'd say that , to my nose, it's like YSL's tuxedo on steroids. It's magical. And the best part is it can be worn anywhere, any time.

OMG Erba Pura-if you want a beastly frag, this is IT!! It is a scrubber for me cause I didn’t like the scent personally but man it LAST ALL DAMN DAY and into the night AND NEXT DAY. I washed my arm, used rubbing alcohol afterwards and then washed again in the shower and it was still fricken there. It literally became part of my body. Honestly I had a tinge fear it would never damn come off.
Dear, is there anyone from Montale similiar to Dior is Feve Deliciouse and Soleil Blanc from Tom Ford? Also can you recommend one that is strong oudy, spicy, oriental, leathery and strong that I can use to layer with other sweet perfumes to give them depth. Please do more reviews on Montale.
