    On your small cones, place the white Maderia cups that came with the machine under them. Take the black thread stabilizers off. That will stop the thread from getting stuck below the spool while you are stitching. Less thread breaks using the smaller cones.

      Just one little cup? Why aren't they like legos? lol I'll try it, I think I did and I didn't like it very much. I like those little black space ship thingies.

      The only problem that I had was I turned my back while sewing a design and as the thread unwound it caught below the cone on the black stabilizer. A little bit of a mess. Whatever works best for everyone is awesome. Just sharing in case it happens to you

    I use 6mm visquine from Home Depot. It’s pretty cheap and is strong enough to hold the design. The only downside is it doesn’t come off of the back of the design. However it will hold the chenille together. I also use it on the patches that I make.
