I love recipes for which I have to prepare my own spice mix, so this goes on my to do list for the next weekend. I even got my hands on fresh curry leaves, so I can use those, too. BTW ATM I am cooking black Sri Lankan curry. Just a few minutes in, but it looks and tastes great.
