Not just Russia, people in the UK can be very unsympathetic or sceptical about mental health issues. Even the "left-leaning" media here (Guardian newspaper) put different regional rates of diagnoses down to over diagnosis where high recently. Thank you both for a very insightful conversation and best wishes.

Hi Peter-- thank you so much for your comment! This is a great point, I imagine that (unfortunately) the stigma he mentions is present in every country to varying degrees. In the United States, we certainly have a very long way to go in improving the mental health care system (particularly for those who need inpatient care.) Thank you again for your comment and best wishes to you as well!

@@allneurotypesoffice7037 Thanks Sam. Agreed the stigma is likely to be universal. A bugbear of mine is long term friends downplaying my struggles as being widespread traits that they may have too. I'm guessing they may want to reassure me, however their life experiences, from my perspective, appear very different from mine. Best regards

Great question -- I set them to unlisted for now and might be making updated versions of them soon! Happy to share the links to them through email (hello@allneurotypes.com) if you'd like access to the older ones, though!
