Great Video. I have a trip planned for next year at Excellence in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. Was looking at the Oyster Bay as next on my list. Hate that there is no direct flight from where I live to JA. Looks like you had a great time. Did they have any authentic Jamaican food. Noticing you were eating eggs and bacon and not ackee and saltfish. Lol
Lol. They definitely have ackee and saltfish lol. The thing is I ALWAYS eat ackee, so I just decided to switch it up this time around 🙂 They have a restaurant that serves Jamaican and Caribbean cuisine. It's called the Caribbean Grove.

Lol. You can tell your friend that the coffee shop had some sinful (I mean delicious) looking pastries 😋. Ironically, that's actually where I got the beetroot shot 😄

Do you know if the excellence club suites are located one particular section of the resort, or are they spread out throughout the resort. I'm planning on booking several rooms and hope that they will be close to each other.
They have different subsections for Excellence Club suites. I would say book early and call ahead to let them know your plans. I imagine, your room assignments will be based on availability.
Which did love the most for nightlife..Oyster or Hyatt?
Oyster Bay for sure! Disclaimer: when I was at the Hyatt I was tired and didn't make a lot of effort to stay up for any night life, so if there was any excitement there, I may have missed out on it.
Would you recomment hyatt zilara over excellnce. What do you think kf the grand palladium
For a romantic getaway I’m likely to recommend Excellence first, but is great as well. You can’t go wrong with either one but Excellence screams romance. Palladium is great for families, I had a good time there but I would still choose Zilara and Excellence over it. Moon Palace is another great option (I have videos on this too, in case you want to check them out). In terms of closest to Sandals level (mind you haven’t been to Sandals yet), Excellence.
Very nice job on these videos, many aren't nearly as well edited and professional looking. I'm taking my first trip to Jamaica in February....either Excellence or Zilara. If you could only go to one for a week, which would it be? Keep up the nice work, good luck!
Thank you so much, truly appreciate the acknowledgement. Excellence and Zilara are actually my two top picks at the moment and either one you choose will not disappoint. To answer your question though, Excellence is my #1 and Zilara #2.
I heard the mosquitoes are very bad there, did you experience any mosquitoe problems, and I heard they don't serve coffee in the restaurants, is that true?
I had no issues with mosquitoes at all, not one in sight. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I didn't order coffee at any of the restaurants to be able to tell you for sure, but they do have a coffee shop that's open for most of the day. It's called Aroma.
Which do you prefer or recommend, Hyatt or EOB?
I honestly love and recommend both. However, EOB would be my first choice for a romantic getaway. I would choose Hyatt over EOB, only if price was an issue.
