You can always get more, and even if the new ones don't look as good on you, you're lucky you can even have them. You don't even know, how much fun you could have, when you're playing animal jam just for the fun and education. Animal jam is very fun when you play it like that, and trust me, I know it from personal experience. I do like rares, but most of the time I focus more on giving things to others and being generous. Next time you should keep any accounts disabled by going to parent dashboard and disabling all accounts on both AJ and AJPW, when you get on, disable it ONLY! ON THE GAME YOU PLAY, when you get off disable it. Also how have they not replied???? I was suspended for a day because I was tricked into saying "bacon bit & cheese is yummy" and they replied within a day, probably took 7-8 hours or more

So they probably got your jam account... Edit: CHECK FOR A RESPONSE. ANIMAL JAM resetted all passwords and attached a link in the email, which you can use to make a new password
