I don’t know about Java, but on Bedrock, a player physically cannot interact with command blocks unless they’re in Creative mode
Same in Java because of some exploit or shit
you can still just use /kill instead of setting your gamemode
Funfact: Its possible for Blacksmith to Spawn more than 1 in a village, it can spawn up to 5 Blacksmith in a village

Yes, but its still a little suspicious how the speedrunner just “coincidentally” spawned in a village with 4 blacksmiths because im pretty sure its really rare but i could be wrong

Making bad fake minecraft speedruns don't happen because the "runners" want a world record, it's so that they can make runs that are so bad they're funny.
I'm surprised no one noticed this. I thought people watched cus it's funny, but both the commenters and even Ayandaru seem convinced it's all supposed to be serious.

1:10 It is possible to have more than just 1 blacksmiths per village. However the 1st run is most likely a set seed since the chances of generating a world where as you spawn in a village that has 4 blacksmiths are low.
Set seed or not, it was clearly fake because of what the blacksmiths "had" in their chests. And I put had in quotes because the "speedrunner" clearly put those items in the chest.

to clarify the first speedrun, bedrock does have a 4 blacksmith village seed (-539223779) but he edited the loot (obviously)

Yes you need some way to power the command block (button, level, etc)
Also you can only use a command block in creative mode which is why they switch

Getting multiple blasksmiths is possible just *EXTREMELY* rare and im pretty sure the chances go down for every blacksmith that spawna so getting one blacksmith is already rare

It actually can be more than one blacksmith per village but its very rare
That first one they actually did need to go into creative mode. Command Blocks can be placed and triggered in survival, but to put in commands you need to be in creative mode.

First one with the three blacksmith buildings is actually possible and seen in one seed that starts the player next to a village on a small island with three smithies. Problem is, you're spawned in staring at the ocean, not any of the buildings.
