What I intended to know was approximate price of a two bed room house in Helsinki or it nearby suburbs. Of this price generally on an average, what is the down payment. Whether in Finland, banks or other financial organizations give long term EMI. What are interest rates ? what kind of guarantees, bank needs. Are there any insurance available to cover this loan and any other useful information. Please give a practical reply to a foreigner, who is considering moving to Finland.

There is nothing like neighborhood feeling. Is it true ?
