Hello bhai this was always in my head that whether the job which I'm targetting is worth of my time or it will fullfill my expectations ?. Now as you told everything it is pretty obvious that the job is somewhere near to a private job even a private job pays you more than the bank job if you are from it . An IT guy in start can easily crack a package of 25k -30k per month . And has luxury of big cities like noida , gurgaon etc . Then why one should suffer in terms of transfers and even low increment when one can earn much and stay with his family . Thanks for clearing this out now I'm much more clear that I should not stuck to this job if it happens it is good otherwise private is not a bad choice .
You are absolutely right , same question also runs in my mind too, I always wonder why people are leaving IT for bank PO , if one wants Work life balance , they have to choose clerk , and if one wants Salary and growth , then should go for IT , this is just my opinion
except when the pvt company intend to downsize in the wake of reducing expenses or recession especially after a pandemic .. they can fire the person of their choice, irrespective of how sincere he work nd the merit he carries..
Staying in a big city has both pros and cons. You get all the luxury and comfort but the downside is that expenses are higher and savings are very less. Earning 1 lakh in a metro city is equivalent to earning 25k in a small town.
25-30k me Noida me survive kr paoge??

Yes but not so far we are from Orissa our batch mate posted in MP West Bengal circle and working hours vary from bank to bank and also now there is clear instructions from headquarters should close before 6.30 mandatorily
I got selected in Canara po and boi clerk from West Bengal..after reading about work pressure and all the negativity regarding po life I am confused whether to choose po or clerk

I have a question that I have already preparing for WBCS(West Bengal Civil Service) since 1.5 year
As we know Civil Service exam is a lengthy process. It takes 2.5-3 year to complete one recruitment cycle process.
My financial condition is not stable so I think that 1.5-2 year I quit my WBCS preparation and I decided to start Banking Preparation.
Sir please guide me that it would be better for me or not ??
Sir it is possible to crack in between 1-1.5 year any Banking Job ,(SBI-IBPS-PO,Cleark )
Banking exams can easily be cracked in 5-6 months if your are starting from scratch.

No there are no cab facilities or something like that but most of the branch heads do take care of female staff if they have to work for late night which is occasionally not always. But most of the time it's between 8 to 9 at night which the female officer had to arrange on her own.
