I'm working as assistant manager in SBI, joined as a PO 2.5 years ago. I don't see that there is any such privilege given to female employees in terms of home posting, timings or official vehicle. Policies are formulated by the corporate center for the whole batch and these are not at all based upon gender.
Overall, SBI is a good organization to work with in terms of perks and providing financial independence, but the issues related to your personal life, be it about timings or transfers on spouse grounds, are not addressed properly.

Being a girl..I don't mind if sbi allot me a circle far from my home State..infact I want to explore things on my own...and from my graduation itself I stayed far away from my home..so it's not a big deal..and it should not be anyways..either boy or girl..both should be treated equally..if a boy is posted away from his home town so should a girl be..it is my opinion

This happens in sbi but not in nationalized banks ….they also given interior branches in first posting itself,on promotions and marriage ground trfrs also takes time 1,2 yrs …and circle concept is not there

Sir, 18 may ko mera boi me dv hai..... Unne ek affidavit diya hai jise 100 rupee ke stamp per print karna tha.... Hamaare yaha puri kachahari me 100 rupee ka stamp nhi mila.... To maine 20-20 rupee ke 5 stamp le liye.... Koi pareshani to nhi hogi?
