There was a turn of events in this weeks vlog but hey that’s life. Things don’t always happen to plan. Who would have know a simple change in mattress could lead to me doing a massive reorg. At least the tomato noodle soup I made turn out good! Anyways I hope this video finds you well and as always, thank you so much for taking the time out to watch my vlogs!

I batch cook apples and plums together to make a compote and freeze into containers for my porridge 😊
