Biss, I have always loved this song. This is the first time I am aware of the lyrics. This song is definately one I will be listening to again. This is one of the best songs they have done. Thanks as always for your reaction. See you on Twitch.
His voice is fu#@ing beautiful. And I made stankface when guitar solo, teared up a couple times, and the air drums. Your 1st time while I've heard thousand times. Chris's voice doesn't drag emotion out of you, it seduces the emotion from you
Love how they make such a huge statement so subtle. One finger on the guitar open bass strings one hand one foot for drums... Simple riff they show each piece anyone can playif they have a little bit of rhythm. Speaks to the over complicated insane talent used to create most music of that time. I feel like the stab is intentional and very much needed! Chris is Chris no matter what band he was one of the very best ever to perform. Tom and crew what can you say unmistakable presence and innovative sounds and rhythm choices very humbling to listen to the raw talent of all four artists! Proof is The song carries such a profound and important message the entire world benefits from by just keeping it simple and honest let people see who you are and many problems go away.
Forgot to mention one of my all time favs from Chris "Spoonman" its based on a real person who played or perhaps still plays spoons up and down the west coast cool story behind the inspiration
Playing this song on repeat again and again helped me once when I was in a dark place mentally.. It's such a shame Chris never found his path thru the darkness. But I'm grateful to him every single day for helping me and so many others, lost in the dark..
Sometimes being yourself is near impossible, especially for people with mental illness such as borderline personality disorder. But I do agree with the sentiment nonetheless.
Chris Cornell (Tempel of the Dog) 'Say Hello to Heaven'. It's a beautiful song, tribute to his friend and former singer Andrew Wood (1966 - 1990) of Mother Love Bone. RIP Chris and Andy.
Great reaction, great choice. You are great. I still want to see you do your flight attendant instructions of where the exits are how to use the oxygen mask and then before I forget how your seat is a flotation device. I hate flying
Chris Cornell was one of those 'once in a generation' voices. It was heart-breaking when we lost him. This song and Black Hole Sun are such anthems, and I'm glad you liked this one. Also the little buns in your hair are adorable lol
Chris Cornell has many voices so its not possible to say you know his style after a few songs. Highly recommend outshined, rusty cage and limowreck from Soundgarden. The Last Remaining Light from Audioslave is a favourite. Seasons a solo song is definitely a must listen too. One of this best.
The alt rock of Audioslave fits you better than soundgarden but i'm sure u'll like some SG songs as much sa AS's. Also to note there are TWO eras of SG: the 90s (until they separated) and the 2010s (when they got back together up until 2017 when he passed) Some options for SG next: FELL ON BLACK DAYS (Next one in line pls for the love of god) Burden in my hand Spoonman (all 90s) LIVE TO RISE (appears in credits of Avengers, u'll love it) Halfway there (these are 2000s)
Now that you have checked out Chris in both Soundgarden and Audioslave, you should check out some of his solo stuff. I recommend "Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart" on his Higher Truth album.
Soundgarden recommendations: Pretty Noose, Superunknown, Fell On Black Days, My Wave, Spoonman, Outshined, Rusty Cage, Burden In My Hand, Day I Tried To Live. They have so many greats it's hard to choose.
Another great song by audioslave with a great message is Exploder: I met a man locked away for things he hadn't done Innocence on a ball and chain, he'll never feel the sun Again on his face, or roses in his hands But when he smiled at me, I could understand If you're free, you'll never see the walls If your head is clear, you'll never free-fall If you're right, you'll never fear the wrong If your head is high, you'll never fear at all There was a daughter of a man who took his life too young She swore she'd never do the same, then did just what he'd done And a boy who's gone insane, he heard voices in his head No one knows what they say, now his mother's dead If you're free, you'll never see the walls If your head is clear, you'll never free-fall If you're right, you'll never fear the wrong If your head is high, you'll never fear at all There was a man who had a face that looked a lot like me I saw him in the mirror and I fought him in the street And when he turned away, I shot him in the head Then I came to realize I had killed myself If you're free, you'll never see the walls If your head is clear, you'll never free-fall If you're right, you'll never fear the wrong If your head is high, you'll never fear
First of all, love the new profile pic for the channel. Second, I definitely love Audioslave more than Soundgarden and this song is awesome. My favorite Audioslave song is still Original Fire. Love the reaction Biss!! ❤👏🔥
This song is wild and beautiful. I heard it at the absolute perfect time, just as I went on the greatest adventure of my life. Was in the back of my mind the whole time. Hearing it now, I remember times that were too amazing to describe.
If you would like to be more impressed by Chris Cornell, please do the not so popular songs. For example everything in the Temple of the Dog album is a killer. My personal favourites: Four Walled World, Reach Down and Say Hello To Heaven. From Soundgarden, you should dive into the Superunknown album to hear something more interesting than the Black Hole Sun.
*Badmotorfinger* released in 1991, *Ultramega OK* released back in 1988 _{my very 1st Soundgarden album of them all back in 1991 bought together with Alice In Chains' "Dirt"!}_ from 1991 and *Louder Than Love* released in 1989... I mean... I loved all their albums but the first two are what every new fan of Chris Cornell _{Rest In Music, Chris!}_ should not sleep on and listen carefully. _"Jesus Christ Pose"_ and _"Rusty Cage"_ my picks for Bisscute and everyone discovering Cornell's unique voice today! His solo _"Euphoria Morning"_ is also a *_must-listen to_* album.
The drummer Brad Wilk used to be in a band with Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam. I love AUDIOSLAVE!! The bassist is awesome, amazing tattoos . And yes everyone BE YOURSELF ALWAYS!! AWESOME REACTION SWEETIE, YOUR AWESOME!! 😊🩷🤘✌️
Temple of the dog!! Say hello to heaven Stargazer Then I nearly forgot my broken heart ! Call me a dog is awesome too!! If you like rock, nothing beats slaves and bulldozers, Soundgarden. Peak Cornell
A more understated yet still quite effective song by Chris and the guys in the band. Without blowing out amplifiers the intensity was still there. P.S. Your hair looks amazing.
Oh, come on! I love Audio Slave too, but you only did one Soundgarden song, and you got weirded out by the video. Try "Outshined" or "Rusty Cage". Johnny Cash even did a cover of "Rusty Cage"!
There are so many great songs its hard to pick just one. Chris also did some solo work..You cant go wrong with any of them. Thanks.R.I.P. Sweet Music Man.
I recommend checking out the following in no particular order: Beyond the Wheel from the Ultramega OK album, Slaves & Bulldozers, Room A Thousand Years Wide, New Damage from the Badmotorfinger album, Superunknown and Limo Wreck from the Superunknown album. As for Chris' other works might I suggest checking out When I'm Down, Sunshower, and Follow My Way, they will pull at your heart strings. Believe me when I say, these songs will definitely change your mind. I've been a life long fan of Soundgarden (and especially Chris) since the early 90s. I also have all three Audioslave CDs. :D I mean, I didn't choose my account name on accident.
I listened to it more than 150 times this year alone, I discovered Audioslave 2 years ago and I think the style of the band, the songs and the singer Chris Cornell himself, the voice, the lyrics, and everything makes me like this band is incredible. Biss, React to more Audioslave and Soundgarden songs, like Cochise, I Am Highway... Thanks for the video, it's great to see other people's positive reactions to songs we like.
Hey Biss - Soundgarden - Outshined, Rusty Cage and Jesus Christ Pose.. recommended 😊👌👍👍 and their career went on (they got a little more mellow and "matured". Audioslave is a touch back to Soundgarden's early stuff (just not all fast)
The musicians of the band Audioslave, are the members of Rage Against the Machine, at a time when the Rage vocalist Zack de la Rocha was in other projects. 👏🔥👏🔥👏🔥👏🔥
Outshined outshined. Outshined outshined. Soundgarden. THIS IS A MUST LISTEN TO IF YOU WANT TO KNOW CHRIS CORNELL. This is when he first lets the whole world say, WHO IS THIS GUY ??
It's a Wah pedal that makes the guitar sound that you liked. I have one, and it's one of my favorite guitar pedals. You heard this pedal before when you listened to "25 or 6 to 4" by Chicago. Terry Kath the guitar player for Chicago made good use of it on that song. The guitar player for Audioslave is Tom Morello, who is also the guitar player for Rage Against the Machine. He is very innovative and uses the wah pedal a lot.
As a Seattle grunge born and raised Soundgarden is my favorite grunge band, but Chris with Audioslave his vocal range and with Tom Morello on guitar 🤌🏻
Sound Garden was a more Raw version of Chris Cornell, bursting on the scene, where as Audio Slave wasa version of himself after even more experience at song writing and an evolving voice... I can never compare the two versions of Chris Cornell because they are both awesome for slightly different reasons. When thinking of the raw SoundGarden power, the songs that always come to my mind are Slaves and Bull Dozers, Searching with my Good Eye closed (early version live ), Beyond the Wheel, Hands all Over and Outshined.. But if you really want to expand your Chris Cornell experience you REALLY need to also check out his Solo Album .'.Higher Truth' and Euphoria Mourning album which was done with a very special group of musicians.. its amazing work and you really see an evolution in song writing & the way he managed his voice amazingly as he got older.
love this song its on a few of my playlists and always hits. id go audioslave everytime over soundgarden. i also love tom morello the lead guitarist, he can play like no mans business but he also was impacted hugely by the hunger strikes in ireland in particular by bobby sands who was the leader of the hunger strike in 1981 who lasted 66 days and was murdered in a british/english prison in ireland, tom often quotes him and supported the irish struggle as an irish man that it major brownie points ....
At the end of the day with whatever band he was a part of, i love Soundgarden, awesome band. I love Audioslave, awesome band. But at the end of the day, i love Chris Cornell.
Excellent choice for your reaction Miss Bisscute is a beautiful song by Audioslave and the Album version is very good, thanks for that Biss👍👍👍. For future reactions I suggest the song called "Cochise" (official video) and you should also listen to the theme that Chris Cornell composed and sing for the James Bond movie Casino Royale called "You know my name" (official video). I think you'll like both.😉
Audioslave or Soundgarden ?
If I had to pick, Audioslave. 😊
Audioslave
Audioslave it's Great, but you must try the song: Spoonman (oficial video) from Soundgarden.
RUSSIAN ROCK!
Audiogarden
Love this song and that typical Tom Morello riff guitar.
R.I.P. Chris Cornell.🙌❤️
Audioslave was a great band.
This song saved my life in a really dark moment of my life. I Love Cornell and Audioslave, forever grateful
Soundgarden-“The Day I Tried to Live”
Soundgarden-“Blow up the Outside World “
Audioslave-“Wide Awake “
Audioslave-Revelations”
Burden in my hand too
!!!
The 2nd album by Audioslave - 'Out of exile'... It's a pity this incredible band lasted only 3 albums.
Hi Miss Bisscute !! As always the like button 🔘 has been Illuminated 😁👍👍😎🤗🎄⛄❄️✨🎁
'Nothing Compares 2 U'. Unforgettable.
A truly wonderful reaction! ❤
Biss, I have always loved this song. This is the first time I am aware of the lyrics. This song is definately one I will be listening to again. This is one of the best songs they have done. Thanks as always for your reaction. See you on Twitch.
Hey Biss, loved your reaction to one of my all-time favs! - Keep on going with your good work.
His voice is fu#@ing beautiful. And I made stankface when guitar solo, teared up a couple times, and the air drums. Your 1st time while I've heard thousand times. Chris's voice doesn't drag emotion out of you, it seduces the emotion from you
Haven’t heard this song in a while. Thanks for the refresher.
Great reaction, enjoyed listening with you, love this song and the bass kicks a#$.
Love how they make such a huge statement so subtle. One finger on the guitar open bass strings one hand one foot for drums... I mean he did find his way out of darkness, but he messed up one final time.

You must listen Shadow On The Sun by Audioslave, great song!
Another great song!
You got a really good song! And. Gave another great reaction! 2 years coming up🎉 VERY PROUD 👏 OF YOU ❤. 😊AND THE TATTOO!
I love this song. So many memories
RIP CHRIS CORNELL ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Chris Cornell had an amazing voice it's just so sad that the man killed himself.
They kill it
Great reaction, great choice. You are great. I still want to see you do your flight attendant instructions of where the exits are how to use the oxygen mask and then before I forget how your seat is a flotation device. I hate flying
This song. This man.
Your response is amazing
The partnership with Tom Morello was magic
Beautiful song
Chris Cornell was one of those 'once in a generation' voices. It was heart-breaking when we lost him. This song and Black Hole Sun are such anthems, and I'm glad you liked this one. Also the little buns in your hair are adorable lol
Once in a lifetime. But twice in my lifetime with Layne.
Audioslave amazing individuals together
Chris Cornell has many voices so its not possible to say you know his style after a few songs. Highly recommend outshined, rusty cage and limowreck from Soundgarden. The Last Remaining Light from Audioslave is a favourite. Seasons a solo song is definitely a must listen too. One of this best.

Now that you have checked out Chris in both Soundgarden and Audioslave, you should check out some of his solo stuff. I recommend "Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart" on his Higher Truth album.
Great commentary Biss I agree 100%. I like Audioslave better. Much Love and Happy Holidays to all❤❤❤
This is great!
One sing by him and Audioslave the must NOT be missed is Shadow on the Sun. Watching react to this would be great!
Soundgarden recommendations: Pretty Noose, Superunknown, Fell On Black Days, My Wave, Spoonman, Outshined, Rusty Cage, Burden In My Hand, Day I Tried To Live. They have so many greats it's hard to choose.
What can I say? One of my favorite bands I’m 65 and these guys are amazing no one like Chris RIP
Another great song by audioslave with a great message is Exploder:
I met a man locked away for things he hadn't done
Innocence on a ball and chain, he'll never feel the sun
Again on his face, or roses in his hands
But when he smiled at me, I could understand
If you're free, you'll never see the walls
If your head is clear, you'll never free-fall
If you're right, you'll never fear the wrong
If your head is high, you'll never fear at all
There was a daughter of a man who took his life too young
She swore she'd never do the same, then did just what he'd done
And a boy who's gone insane, he heard voices in his head
No one knows what they say, now his mother's dead
If you're free, you'll never see the walls
If your head is clear, you'll never free-fall
If you're right, you'll never fear the wrong
If your head is high, you'll never fear at all
There was a man who had a face that looked a lot like me
I saw him in the mirror and I fought him in the street
And when he turned away, I shot him in the head
Then I came to realize I had killed myself
If you're free, you'll never see the walls
If your head is clear, you'll never free-fall
If you're right, you'll never fear the wrong
If your head is high, you'll never fear
Heartbreaking that Chris is gone and Lincoln Park singer as well Chester Bennington rip
Music DIED when they both did!!
LINKIN PARK
@@stephen9302I agree

Audiosleave 100%
Can't believe you reacted to my favourite song of my childhood.!! I was crazy over the solo too 🔥
This was my first song of Audioslave and i fell in love with Audioslave.
You really need to try Soundgarden again. Maybe try "Fell on black days".
Biggest range of vocals in a song .. Outshined by Soundgarden
I think you would really enjoy Chris singing "When I'm Down" live 2010 at Troubadour.
the message in this song is a life lesson...just be yourself
This song is wild and beautiful. I heard it at the absolute perfect time, just as I went on the greatest adventure of my life. Was in the back of my mind the whole time. Hearing it now, I remember times that were too amazing to describe.
Музыкантам Браво! Отличная музыка! Хорошо! Ведущая провела хороший репортаж и показала себя с красивой стороны!❤

The look you give, THAT look up to the Heavens, the moment Chris opens his mouth with his first words, is all of humanity upon hearing him.
To hear Chris Cornell's voice at its absolute best, please listen to Slaves & Bulldozers by Soundgarden
I agree with you Biss. It is a cool song.

Audioslave music was like the soundtrack of my life when I was in my late teens and early twenties
Soundgarden-Outshined 🗣️🔥💯🤘
