I would be very careful with homeschooling here in DK. A big part of Danish school is about teamwork, nearly everything is done in groups. Danish business is done that way too, so it is very important that the kids learn teamwork the Danish way.
oh that is a very interesting tip, Gert! Thank you for that. Do you have any more exciting experiences that you would like to share? Then come to our free Skool Community www.skool.com/auswander-coach/about
@@auswander-coach Thanks, but no thanks. I am just an old man, thinking that German parents should have a clear knowledge about what they are doing. If you live in DK and don't plan to stay for long, a year or so, homeschooling is fine. But if you have kids and plan to stay, at least for a longer time. You should definitely send your kids to school and kindergarten. Some 4-5 year kids are fluent in Danish in a year or two. Keeping kids out of school also makes it much harder for kids to get friends. Schooling in DK, is very much different from the German. We have had a system like the German, it did not work out. It was finally abandoned in 1978. I know, I was in the last class under the old system. You probably know, that there are German schools in the south of Jutland. If you as German expect that your kids should grow up with a higher Danish education and later jobs in DK, it would be a huge mistake to homeschool. Since teamwork is all over Denmark, not only elementary school, but also Gymnasium, University, and in the business life. It is very important to learn how to work together. The ability to work in a group is the first thing an employer is looking for during an interview. I simply can't stress enough how important it is. It is the Scandinavian way and it is spreading. I just hope German parents in DK, know what they are doing. Hope you all find it fine here in Dänemark.
Das Anfansgbild ist einfach mein Profilbild 😂
☺️ Das ist so schön typisch dänisch, oder?! Beste Grüße
