I thank you for making this wonderful hack, with very colorful graphics and more improvements. After you managed to put the final credits, I was finally able to start recording this game for my channel. Congratulations on the excellent work!
You know what I've always wanted to see in a hack? I know the original SMW had a ton of unused space on the cartridge. I want a hack that takes the original game, and adds levels and worlds in the spirit of the original still, to fill out the space on the cartridge. Like a "what if they used all the room?" hack
This hack is incredible Since played Super Mario World Deluxe Remix it was actually another hack with different music, Objects and backgrounds But now i will play this one!
Wish you played 2 player in your videos to show Luigi! These EPIC music remixes should be in MORE levels, as well as themes like snow. Should’ve edited all Koopaling colors, not just some!
The improved parallax on some of the backgrounds looks really good and it makes the levels backgrounds less flat, and also adding more level music is a great addition. Didn't fix Bowser's coloring tho...
I like this version better than the original. The switch palaces are cool looking cause they are the exact color they say they are. The enemies are different too. Some levels have different music as well. The backgrounds in some levels are pretty. 😀
When I last played this, I could beat it with all secrets being found, not perfectly though. And, I've beaten the Marios that I've played, the 2 most popular Sonic games for the DC, the Ratchet and Clank game that I've played, MTP, some beat em ups, and a few fighting games[not perfectly though]. But, everything I've seen you play is perfectly played!
Ooohh wow! Again a great improvement on this game! More vibrant colors, better thought out backgrounds. Doesn't look as half-hearted as the original game. Not a fan with some of the graphic changes like the fireballs that Yoshi breathes. But colors... wow.
I swear when I was a kid I played all of these games three or four years after they came out. I for real that is super Nintendo was a brand new in 1994
Boa tarde mano, aqui eu sempre curtindo seus vídeos, não posso comentar mas sempre dou uma força pra você. Abraços e muito obrigado por estes hacks, tmj.
bummed you did not show every room in bowser's castle.. if i could play and show my gameplay online, i would always let cool music loop completely at least once and if i did commentary, i would be dead silent for it.
I imagine SMW would have looked more like this if it came out a few years later (kind of proven by how All-Stars looked). SMB1 and SMB3 have a similar graphical difference, like they hadn't figured out the systems' full graphical capabilities at launch
**HIGH DEFINITION** This is what I imagine Super Mario World 1 would look like if it released at the end of the Super NES's life rather than at the beginning. ^^
What are all the changes to Dinosaur Land after you beat all of Star World in this version? I beat the original version ages ago, and can't remember what was changed there either. I noticed here there are different overworld colors, bullets are now black birds, and the turtles have Mario/Luigi masks instead of turtle shells.
Is there a way to use this with the widescreen hack? I much prefer the way this looks to the og game but I can’t patch over my widescreen rom because it doesn’t have the original games checksum.
I decided to get the Yellow Switch Palace after completing the first world, as I would need to return to Yoshi's Island 1 with the Cape Feather to get the 3-Up Moon from that level and only after that I went to access the Yellow Palace.
Elderly Yoshi is present in the beta version of Super Mario World and would be an NPC, with the same function used in this hack. In the official Super Mario World, however, old Yoshi was cut from the final version of the game. But several sprites from the SMW betas remained in the game's memory, meaning they can be used in hacks of this game.
The SNES was a fundamentally different experience in 1996, compared to 1990. This is what the game would have been like if it came out at the end of the life cycle when devs knew everything the hardware could do.
yooo thanks for playing!

This is what they should’ve done for Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World
I agree, it definitely has that All-Stars feel to it. I can even hear a few sound effects from the All-Stars version.
3:18:32 I love how you ran this part similar to the opening gameplay of the title screen. Good stuff! Great hack too!
You know what I've always wanted to see in a hack? I know the original SMW had a ton of unused space on the cartridge. I want a hack that takes the original game, and adds levels and worlds in the spirit of the original still, to fill out the space on the cartridge.
Like a "what if they used all the room?" hack
You do know that the cartridges are ROM's right? you cannot "add" anything else to the original cartridge at all.
@thepops8572 I know that.
the "chocolate lava" in Chocolate Fortress and Chocolate Island 4 doesn't look as "chocolatey" now. It looks like boiling licorice.
This hack is incredible
Since played Super Mario World Deluxe Remix it was actually another hack with different music, Objects and backgrounds
But now i will play this one!
wheres the hacck exactly? its snes mario world game.
it looks like going from windows 95 to 98, love it!
for whoever said smw didnt look 16-bit enough, here you go

On the original this is where you had to ditch the Yoshi because he can’t go up bean stocks
also on the original in Vanilla Secret 1 you could take Yoshi wi ya an all
Purely my pure childhood in this video game
For real my childhood summarized
good thing coming from american... u guys tried to stop japans eco progress , but it invaded you with vio games... how come u dont play xbox instead?

Bro... That music for Bowser's castle in this was fire! I had to stop too to hear it before fighting Bowser.
@1990-2024, nintendo
I think this is pretty nice, but i would like to see a mix of this and that early artstyle that had very detailed shading
I forgot what year it was either 23 or 22 but I finally got 96 on this game with the star it was a proud moment
nice graphics super 4k
Peach kissed Mario and he didn't blush
Cool, a twenty-24 remake of the original Super Mario World, will come back to this after Isikoro Mario World rom hack :)
Red ! blocks being actually red?
Something I've always wanted to see :)
Nice gameplay btw!
8:00 cool song remake
97 exits only

I would like to play this redone version for sure
This would be SMW if Nintendo made the graphics like the way they did for All Stars SMB3.
I think the better shading must look dope on a crt

Onde baixo?
One other observation: Whoever made the new music is good but... lacks a little bit in the harmony department. :)
Basically Mario World if it took advantage of all 16 bits
Ooohh wow! Again a great improvement on this game! More vibrant colors, better thought out backgrounds. Doesn't look as half-hearted as the original game. Not a fan with some of the graphic changes like the fireballs that Yoshi breathes. But colors... wow.
Ain't a damn thing about the original game thats half-hearted.
The original game looked colorful but yet hella primitive
@@ssg-eggunner Exactly. But.. it was rushed.
Good eh

This is going to be the real super Mario world to replace the original on the Super Nintendo in 1990 😂
UH nostalgia All over again!😍😍😍😍
they did do, in 1993 Super Mario All-stars with SMB1, SMB2, SMB3, SMTLL and SMW :)
I imagine SMW would have looked more like this if it came out a few years later (kind of proven by how All-Stars looked). SMB1 and SMB3 have a similar graphical difference, like they hadn't figured out the systems' full graphical capabilities at launch
Yoshis not allowed in the castle.🚫
Where’s the music you used for Bowser’s castle?

Can this be played on original hardware on a flash cart?
Yes, but only with Sd2Snes. Cheap Everdrives or the DSP (mid-range model) will not work with this game.
where's the download link?
Go to your best friend Google. At this point you already have to know that we cannot provide any links.
It's this compatible with the widescreen hack?
No. The patch for this hack can only be applied to the original game.

Same game, slightly different graphics? I don't see the point of this.
The game being redone in an upscale way is dope.
The differences are not slight.
