Hello, I got passed Huayu scholarship this year, and should go to Taiwan on September. I have a question , where can i get the scholarship fund from ? From university or government office?

this was so helpful because: the visa application asks for a Taiwan address/Hotel address, but obviously I don't have one, and the university is telling me not to book a hotel until I have the visa secured, but apparently to get the visa secured I need a hotel....extremely annoying! I was worried I would have to put money down on a place before even getting to the country but apparently not!

Dear Hi again, can I ask U sth? U said that they gave u the stipend around middle of october, so they gave U 25,000NT or 50,000NTD?
Did they calculate the september stipend too?
This answer is mentioned in the video and no just one month of stipend.
When will be result out for huayu enrichment scholarship??
