Chunk Destroyer would solve all of your mining 'time' constraints. Though it's pretty rough on the server. You can enchant it as well with fortune 3, eff 5 & unbreaking 3.
i'm not really concerned about it really, i think we're good in terms of the ATM metals but i got it started just in case, if we really need some more it probably won't be too much and it'll have uncovered enough or i can just go run the atm dungeons since those have loot, the server is slow enough as it is lol
