@@MrRicoh so, I couldn’t get my hands on the codes but in the meantime the Kyocera technician emailed me back and suggested that my cyan Developer is probably clogged (since in the samples I send him he noticed no cyan) and I must replace it or hope it will eventually unclog 🤷🏼♀️

Yes, I had such a problem with the printer. Clean the sensor behind the waste toner box with a vacuum cleaner, and install a new waste toner box to be sure. If you do not have a new cartridge, remove the toner from the old one, pour a little soap and water. Shake and pour out the dirty water. Then dry the old cartridge and install it into the printer.

With new original developers you got the codes from the manufacturer. Give me the codes and I'll check if they're up to date.
