Be happy who you are and not make excuses about genetics. You can be big like Tyson Fury or skinny like Kanō Jigorō. No matter what your goal is bodybuilding, powerlifting, mma, bjj, judo, or even aikido. Regardless of what skillful trade of fitness you do. I will always be proud of you being who you are and enjoying your fitness goals in life.
