- warm-ups streching is very important before you practice.....
The purpose of warm-up before physical activity is to prepare mentally and physically for your chosen activity.
streching: in order to be successful in Taekwondo, the athlete must have optimum flexibility in order to maintain his strength and speed, to attack and defend, to apply a combined technique , to minimise the injury rate and to recovered quickly afterwards.
