      It's ridiculous. He's on Joe Rogan saying he does all his workouts with a 45 pound vest. The walk to the ring with the same weight is too much? The ring walk was more intense than his workouts? Worst excuse ever. Jon Jones stayed up 48 hours doing cocaine and banging hookers, then 5 days later he beats up Cormier. That's a champion. If walking to the ring with heavy clothes is too much, retire.

      @J Dolo they could have a rematch without the excuses no problem because it would most likely make a ton regardless as long as Wilder makes his way back up. If anything I think the excuses make it harder for a rematch because no one will take him seriously now.

      if that suit was that heavy you should've realized that as soon as you tried to take a step and DITCHED THE STUPID COSTUME. Why knowing that the costume is heavy would you be committed to wearing it? that costume claim is bogus Obviously Wilder is trying in his mind to save face. he is refusing to believe that his perfor.ance was poor.

    • @KennyBucketz
      @KennyBucketz 4 ปีที่แล้ว +25

      Jimbo Gooner doesn’t mean he’s lying. There’s other factors at play. He is carrying around a lot more weight that his legs may not be used to yet, he also never wore the 40 pound suits that he trains with right before he steps into the ring on fight night. On top of wearing the suit, he also never did that while going up against a man who outweighed him by so much. He could just be making excuses, but he’s not necessarily lying. The suit may have played some type of role in his leg weakness, even if it was small. And if the suit did mess him up, it’s still his fault but I don’t know if he’s saying that decision wasn’t his fault. I don’t know why people keep holding onto this so tight. Beating a dead horse at this point

    • @ttam9205

      KB 28 I don’t doubt that suit wasn’t heavy. But to get destroyed in the biggest fight of your life and lose your unbeaten record and then blame it on a 40 pound suit is a spit in the face of his thousands of fans who paid their money to watch him win. Deontay Wilder suit or no suit has very little boxing ability and is the most overrated champion I’ve ever seen. He is crap!!

    • @johndough4338

      @@AOK342 ...I honestly don't think fighting bums had nothing to do with it. Tyson Fury hasn't fought that many people much different than Wilder accept Klitschko. Plus Fury has been boxing since he was a kid. Totally different backgrounds of boxing experience. But I can say Wilder wasn't ready because I noticed he was gasping after the first round. And that's completely unlikely for Wilder, Period. Here's the truth that I noticed from Wilder, I noticed a difference from Wilder, every since the Bermane Stiverne 2 rematch fight. After that fight, is when Wilder became more of a celebrity. Or should I say, that's when his right hand became more of a Celebrity. After the Luis Ortiz first fight, Wilder said in a interview that he just beat one of the most skilled Heavyweights in the division, then he said afterward, this is proof that skills don't pay the bills. He actually embraced not doing the stuff that average boxers do, and I think because of this, Wilder started to abandoned proper training & conditioning. And it showed after the first round in this last Tyson Fury fight. We can all see that Wilder wasn't no where near himself in this last fight. Tyson Fury put together a great plan, but used it on a Fighter that wasn't himself. Wilder seemed like a fighter that just had alot of sex the night of fight night. Wilder seemed like a fighter that's not paying any attention to his age, and still try to get away with doing things he did when he was younger. But after this last fight, I think he'll do better, because he got away with it for so long, now he is going to stop disrespecting the sport of boxing, and take it more seriously. This last fight might even make him step into a whole new level within himself, and become even more impressive as a boxer, but only if he take heed to these things that I'm saying. I think in the third Fight, we can expect to see the realest fight ever between the two. Wilder blowing away guys in his last few fights only made him worse. He needed this upset to make him change gears in his boxing career. Now I believe he'll go back to being that super athlete that he once was.
