I don't see why the city and or state doesn't keep the home as a rental for parties, receptions or other large unions. It would be a great place to rent and could be a continuos stream of cash flow.

Go see "All the Queen's Horses". They're doing free screenings. I attended the one in Dixon and I will be going again when it shows in DeKalb. The way her job was set up, she was able to do it all by herself. There were no checks and balances in place. She was in charge of everything, so there was no one following up on her, or checking her work. An accounting firm and a bank were sued for their negligence in relation to this case, but they found no evidence beyond that that anyone helped her. She screwed herself by going on vacation when the city clerk needed some bank records for reports she had to write, and she was the one that discovered the problem and took it to the mayor. If you can see the film, do. Jason Wojdylo, who is featured in this video, and the filmmaker do a Q&A afterwards, or they did in Dixon, and it was very interesting and enlightening.
