💙 Hey!! So..if you liked this tutorial come check out my popular vintage inspired plant hanger. It’s a similar style but slightly easier...link here 👇🏻 th-cam.com/video/r1TQZSTDMyk/w-d-xo.html
This was an excellent tutorial! It's been several months since I've done a macrame project and I used this to get back in the groove and practice my knots. Thank you for including the suggestion for who to tie for a larger pot. I used that suggestion and adapted my knots some. It turned out beautiful!
@@SimplyInspiredbySheena hi Simply Inspired ! Always a pleasure to see your works ! Yes I am alrigth I am making a new adventure : i am learning CROCHET !!! HEHEHE Rigth !...
I am excited to try this although I am new to macrame. Can you please explain what you men when you say be sure to change your working cord (at the beginning) Thanks
💙 when you are making the 3 arms of the plant hanger you use 4 cords to make the square knot sinnet (or arm). You use the two outside cords (your working cords) to tie the square knots around the two centre cords (or filler cords). Because of this the outside cords will become much shorter than the inside cords. To fix that, once you get to the center of the arm, switch the sets of cords and tie knots using the middle cords. That way when you get down to the middle of your arm (or sinnet) all 4 cords will be roughly the same length
💙 4mm single strand will work, your plant hanger just might appear a little more bulkier. I use 3.35mm single strand cotton cord from RopeShop (I’m not sponsored or affiliated at this point in time)
💙 I’m sorry my Spanish is poor, but you can find all the measurements during my “screenshot” clip at 0:15 as well as in the description box. Hope that was helpful and thank you for watching ☺️💙

What is the total length of the plant hanger
💙 Hello 👋🏻 from the top of the ring to the bottom tail ends it’s roughly 2 feet (60cm)

Belíssimo tutorial 👍
Ameiii!
Só não entendi as medidas dos cordões 😀
Obrigada por compartilhar!
👏 👏 😚 😍
very nice pattern, I only have 4 ml single stand or 4 ml. 4 strand so should I attempt this or buy new cord. Where did you purchase your cord.

💙 You sure can! 😊
Where do you get your beads?
💙 For these particular beads I found them at my local Dollarama store. I also have luck finding good quality beads at Walmart in the yarn section
