I don’t normally watch an hour long episodes of anything on TH-cam. I get bored but I was completely hooked on this one, laughed, shed a tear or two listening to stories when they hit home. Sometimes we do forget that, people in the public eye are just as human as we are and are expressing things that some of us do. Episodes like this reminds you of that. Good episode and I look forward to watching more.
As someone from an ethnic minority background. This panel has said alot that I couldnt say openly. but even bettter they gave us an insight of keeping our selves prepared for the future. Made me feel like us minorities are not on this journey alone our experiences to succeed are not isolated thoughts in the world we live in much appreciated.
The word that comes in mind for this one is Vulnerability. We forget that celebrities are humans - we all go through things whether major or minor. It's nice to see people expressing their thought process cause in doing that you never know who will be blessed and encouraged. Thank you for this. Keep these episodes flowing Michael!!!

Ngl as someone who I feel is a member of your target audience, I want to share some constructive criticism. I think the show will do well regardless, but these are things for you to consider. - I love the fact that you're inviting people from different areas of the industry, and I completely understand the selection, but I feel like there were too many people here to let people for you to have a natural flowing conversation. Maybe you were going for more of an interview set up, and that's completely fine, but with so many people, you are missing the opportunity to delve deeper into their thoughts and feelings. - There's something about how Julie comments and takes notice of what people are saying; she really picks up on points which can connect people together that benefitted today's show. I presume Julie won't be around for every episode but her active listening skills are amazing. I think you're stimulating the conversation well, and with more building on the comments people are speaking, it would help guide the conversation.
I was expecting laughter (which was plenty) but this surprised me ngl. The insight, the honestly and genuineness really did it for me. Well done to all involved.
