WolfmanTV: Bellicon vs. Cellerciser

  • Welcome to our latest video where my wife and I are putting two popular rebounding trampolines to the test - the Bellicon and the Cellerciser. In this review, we'll be discussing our experiences with both trampolines and sharing our thoughts on which one we think is best.
    After testing both trampolines, we found that the Cellerciser is the better choice if you're looking for a fast-paced workout. Its unique design allows for a lot of bounce and provides an intense cardio workout.
    On the other hand, the Bellicon is better suited for those who want a more gentle rebounding experience that is still effective for lymphatic drainage. It offers a more controlled bounce and is ideal for low-impact workouts that still offer a decent cardio workout.
    Overall, both trampolines have their pros and cons, and the choice between them really comes down to personal preference and fitness goals. If you're looking for a trampoline for an intense cardio workout, we recommend the Cellerciser. However, if you want a trampoline for a low-impact workout that is gentle on your joints, the Bellicon is the way to go.
    So, which trampoline is best for you? Watch our full review to find out!

    It's not about how high you can jump. The cellerciser is supposed to have a firm impact. It is very sturdy. You will probably never have to change the springs on a cellerciser. It is very sturdy as well. The handle bars are not just for balance, they are used in many routines. I think the two are used in slightly different ways.

      Totally true. Cellerciser is THE BEST rebounder on the market.
      Hands down!!! I have two of them used to have a Bellicon and I have it away....pronated my ankles so badly. Those bungee strings have to be replaced plus you have to choose a Bella cone based on your weight.... That means not everyone in the family can use the same rebounder. Too many disadvantages for a Bellicon or any of the bungee rebounders. There's a reason why Cellerciser has a faster bounce return rate.... It moves lymph faster and more efficiently.

    Ankle twist is much increased with banded trampolines. Not a fan. Go with the Cellerciser because if you protonate you won't incur ankle strain and you get a greater exercise results with it!!

    • @grounded7362
      @grounded7362 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      If you are struggling with pronation, the more stable platform in NOT going to correct the problem.
      You need to strengthen the ligaments and tendons (the foundation) that stabilize the ankle.
      The Bellicon is a great rebounder for stabilizing the ankles.
      So work on the ankles before going hard with the rebounding.
      I blew out a knee and had two surgeries on it and over a year of physical therapy that did more damage than good and the more stable platform of the spring loaded rebounder did not help in repairing the strength in the foundation of the knee joint like my Bellicon has.

    • @bigislandcreatives
      @bigislandcreatives  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Exactly, bellicon is actually better for pronation as long as you do gentle bouncing and work on balance foot/ankle strength.

Tried sooo many brands...and then the heavens opened up and I jumped on a Belliconl! The cadillac of all rebounders!! I'll never own another brand! • @FUB666
    @FUB666 2 ปีที่แล้ว +13

    Easier =less effective, the exercises that are challenging for you are what you need to be doing more of and making your workout time most effective.
    Jumping high is floating, floating isn’t helping you improve. If I was getting a trampoline to play on a mini trampoline wouldn’t be my first choice.

  • @gladitude9
    @gladitude9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    They are 2 different rebounders. You can actually bottom out on the Bellicon if you jump too high, that’s why the legs are taller. It’s also softer, so it may feel more comfortable due to that softness, but for rehab or someone older , the stability of the jumping area goes farther for healing, and it doesn’t bottom out. To say one is better is nonsense.

      From my own personal experience the spring loaded creates a painful compression impact on my joints as well as my spine.
      I don't get the compression pain with my Bellicon.
      A great workout and lymphatic flush is not about speed or a rapid response of the mat.
      I notice a greater muscle group workout on the Bellicon vs any spring loaded rebounder.
      Whatever you decide to get, start our slow and take your time working up to a more aggressive and longer session.
      Working on your balance to start with goes a long way with rebounding.

    I have tried both and love my Bellicon.
    Does it have a hefty price tag? Yes but well worth the extra money in my opinion.
    The compressing impact with the springs became painful for me and seemed to cause an even greater spinal and joint compressing than when I jump rope.
    You may be able to do things a bit faster on the Cellerciser because of the springs and a faster response time of the springs but a great and complete workout is not about speed.
    With the lesser overall resistance of the Bellicon, you will actually work more muscle groups and work them differently and more efficiently than you would with the more stable spring loaded rebounder.
    I will never go back to a spring loaded rebounder again.

    The "give" you talk about with the Belicon isn't better your feet & ankles can pronate and cause problems all the way up from feet to hips.
    The bungees stretch out.
    And the bungee cords don't offer the same distribution of energy as the Tri-adapted springs.
    You don't have to "customize" the Cellerciser based off of weight and what type of jumping you are going to do. You can do everything with the proper forces because of the patented springs that I think can handle up to 350lbs and the mat material will never sag or stretch.
    The Cellerciser isn't a trampoline so you aren't supposed to jump high on it. The higher you jump the more G's you are putting on your body when you come down and hit the mat.
    Fun yes but too jarring on the body and not health focused.
    The whole idea of the Cellerciser is to work your body in a safe & effective way. Working all the cells, muscles, organs & bones and moving the blood & lymph simultaneously and avoiding injury.
    The materials used in these products matter.
    People get hurt on crappy units regularly.
    I honestly don't think you two educated yourself about the science behind the Cellerciser to do a proper comparison.
    This was a biased review and I can't take it seriously at all.
    Ps I noticed when you pan out and show the underneath of the units you can see how much more the Belicon sags. Sorry, that will be bad with long-term use.
    I'd personally choose the Cellerciser because the man behind it cares about the health of his customers and offers his knowledge on an ongoing basis.

    I see that the feets are so different while landing on the mat. On the bellicon you need to have healthy feet 🦶

    Look up the ACON brand. GREAT quality Bungie rebounder.
    I think the celleciser is just over priced hype honestly.

    "you can burn more calories in 10 mins on a trampoline than 30 mins on a treadmill"
    I imagine you mean if you're walking/jogging. Certainly running burns more calories since your heart rate is likely to be well over 130bpm.

      Well all you have to do is run on a rebounder, or even several sets of HIIT, then you'll burn more.
