Some students are foreigners. For them it might be very hard and difficult, as Russian girls do not take seriously to heart all the stress and bulling. They got accustomed to it from childhood. And I see the fear in eyes 👀 of foreign girls. This teacher is a legend, though sometimes she is very strict.

These girls live like this all day, everyday, all their life. I used to go to a ballet school in Poland that worked like this for 5 years, but I couldn't mentally and physically handle it. You are always commented on and talked bad about publicly. You forced to do something, even though you're not able to. It's not discipline it's abuse. These dancers dedicate their whole life and time to dance and still are never enough for the teacher.

I really don't think that humiliating, smacking and pushing students, and doing it publically is what makes them great. That interface is not training - that is not where coaching and improvement takes place. These girls get great in spite of this. Maybe her ACTUAL coaching and mentoring is spot on. But the rest is all old school BS....to be brought on only when a special occasion makes it useful.

I think that the girls were not feeling well before classical lesson. Maybe they shaking with fear. But this is reality of ballet conservatory. But they must be mentally resistant and strong.Maybe they see their partens only ones a month. 😢

De buena maestra nada, está demostrado que los alumnos aprenden de los maestros que Aman, serán muy buenas técnicamente, pero acabarán traumatizadas para el resto de su vida 😢

Все можно объяснить спокойно, просто тогда к каждому ученику надо преставлять отдельного учителя, при этом способного объяснить на" языке понятном для ученика", не каждый кстати может понятно объяснять, и кому -то один способ объяснения понетнее кому-то другой. А здесь препод один - всех под одну гребенку, без индивидуального подхода, плюс профессиональная деформация , человеческие эмоции от того, что каждому надо повторить по 100 раз ,хотя может и ребенку сразу трудно дойти головой "" до понимания как сделать тот или иной элемент, при подобном стрессовом объяснении. С другой стороны балет -это выносливость и стрессоустойчивость, закалка нервной системы, но в то же время сколько неокрепших психогически , но при этом способных и талантливых детей при таком психологическом давлении сошли с дистанции, статистики нет.
