How to restore silencer// silencer paint at home only rupees 120

Hey iam swaymmechnaic and today's our topic is rusted motorcycle parts care so i first remove bike silencer 2nd remove all junk and clean silencer accessory and final step apply paint
I use matt black paint its cost 120 inr this product is good.
